I would stay here again.
Pros:

Extremely helpful and informative front desk staff. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, location was great and the property was very well maintained.

Cons:

Parking was bit difficult

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

The rooms smelled like cigarette smoke..The parking garage construction created a bad parking experience..The pet fee if $75 was outrageous considering the smoking and garage situation..This has a long way to go to live up to Crown Plaza name

Handy for all local services, and i would probably stay again.
Pros:

The room was serviced with towels daily, which is a bonus. The airconditioner is very noisy.

Cons:

There is no undercover area outside to smoke in, it was raining a few times and no cover, there should be a small safe in the room for valuables. parking in the high rise parking was an absolute annoying, not enough signage to get back to the hotel easily, the first night we walked around the block with suitcases, all in all , it was a much nicer place to stay than the Comfort inn next to the Mall of America.

The room was comfortable and clean and the price was good

Cons:

I took a cold shower in the morning. Parking lot is under construction which made it hard to access and confusing to get back to the hotel from there.

Pros:

Courteous way the staff treats the guests and assist with the any needs that arise is beyond my expectations. I will definitely be staying there again when I am in town.

Cons:

Pool was closed for repairs but I was informed upon arrival. The Sauna and hot tub were open. When I was leaving the pool was being repaired.

Great aviation museum and free shuttle.

Great home base for our MOA trip with minor inconveniences
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. The staff were all nice and helpful. The main bed was comfy. We would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

The parking on top of the parking garage was not great due to construction especially during a very chilly wintery weekend. The pool is kept way too cold to enjoy. Even my kiddo complained and she never complains about swim time. There was not extra bedding in the room for the sofa bed. The room fridge was missing the brackets that hold things in place limiting our storage room for cold items and causing our soda bottle to roll out every time the door opened.

We had no hot water in our room and the person who cleans our room barley cleaned the room and the maintenance guy was creepy I felt like he was following me around always asking me questions about my kids and myself
