Pros:

Courteous way the staff treats the guests and assist with the any needs that arise is beyond my expectations. I will definitely be staying there again when I am in town.

Cons:

Pool was closed for repairs but I was informed upon arrival. The Sauna and hot tub were open. When I was leaving the pool was being repaired.

Great home base for our MOA trip with minor inconveniences
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful. The staff were all nice and helpful. The main bed was comfy. We would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

The parking on top of the parking garage was not great due to construction especially during a very chilly wintery weekend. The pool is kept way too cold to enjoy. Even my kiddo complained and she never complains about swim time. There was not extra bedding in the room for the sofa bed. The room fridge was missing the brackets that hold things in place limiting our storage room for cold items and causing our soda bottle to roll out every time the door opened.

The bed was comfy and the pool was ok

Cons:

We had no hot water in our room and the person who cleans our room barley cleaned the room and the maintenance guy was creepy I felt like he was following me around always asking me questions about my kids and myself

Expensive disappointment
Cons:

specifically booked and paid extra for this hotel expecting a comfortable, relaxing experience with quality amenities and dining. Unfortunately, my stay fell far below reasonable expectations:

Room issues:

Water damage spots were plastered over on the bathroom ceiling.

The shower head had barely a trickle of water.

The vent in the shower was rusted and unhygienic.

Dining issues:

I spent $73 on dinner the first night, and the food was mediocre at best. The Caesar salad consisted of bagged lettuce with generic dressing, and the French fries appeared to be frozen.

The tequila cosmopolitan I ordered was improperly made, essentially a glass full of tequila with a splash of pink juice.

Given these problems, the stay was neither relaxing nor consistent with the cost or advertised quality of the hotel. I respectfully request a full refund of $322 for the two nights, as well as consideration for the subpar dining experience.

Not worth another stay
Pros:

Staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The bed was more firm than I'm used to at a Crowne Plaza. The hotel is also showing it's age. We had to request to move to a different room upon check in because the heat was stuck on in the room and it was boiling hot!

We had some issues with weather, delayed flights so it was nice having a place to stay
Pros:

It was is a good location, friendly staff. Bartender was vert friendly

Cons:

Paying for parking. Other hotels let you keep car there during whole vacation. Even went we fly out to Vegas it doesn't cost for our car to stay there. We just get it when we come back. If you have to charge 20.00 is alot. Next time I'll stay free parking and I also get free breakfast and hotel cheapee

Cons:

Hair on pillow, that was clearly not ours. Carpet and walls were destroyed, huge gouges in floor entrance. Looked like interior of building was falling apart.
