Not worth another stay
Pros:

Staff was pleasant.

Cons:

The bed was more firm than I'm used to at a Crowne Plaza. The hotel is also showing it's age. We had to request to move to a different room upon check in because the heat was stuck on in the room and it was boiling hot!

We had some issues with weather, delayed flights so it was nice having a place to stay
Pros:

It was is a good location, friendly staff. Bartender was vert friendly

Cons:

Paying for parking. Other hotels let you keep car there during whole vacation. Even went we fly out to Vegas it doesn't cost for our car to stay there. We just get it when we come back. If you have to charge 20.00 is alot. Next time I'll stay free parking and I also get free breakfast and hotel cheapee

Friendly staff, place was a dumpster fire
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Hair on pillow, that was clearly not ours. Carpet and walls were destroyed, huge gouges in floor entrance. Looked like interior of building was falling apart.

It was pleasant and well located .
Pros:

Friendly staff . The lounge / restaurant staff were all very nice and efficient .

Cons:

Decor and furniture a bit old and rundown . No bellhops to help with luggage .

Pros:

The decor is old. The walls are thin. Could hear our neighbors most of the night.
The guy next door we could hear coughing and talking.
Front desk and other staff were rude. Maid was at our door at 0900 wondering when we were leaving. Parking was very confusing due to areas being blocked off.

Pros:

Floors need updated. Elevator floors were awful. Main floors have lots of scuffs and missing or chipped tiles. Beds were very comfortable. Food in restaurant was very good. They need more staff though. Pool and hot tub were very good. I’ve stayed here many many times over the years and I see it needs some TLC just in construction and closer cleaning in bathroom floor corners…..but then I’m one who cleans nooks and cranny’s. The staff work very hard and are very pleasant but they need extra workers.

We tried hard to leave this place the first night ... parking in completely dangerous .construction ..two way traffic... almost got hit ...roach in room alive ...my feet stuck to carpet in room .. elevators only had one working ... very dated needs a whole new remodeled ..old and smelly ...
