The hotel’s free shuttle bus operates from outside the Sakurabashi-guchi Exit of JR Osaka Station from 9:30 to 21:30. From the hotel to JR Osaka Station, the shuttle service operates from 9:00 to 21:00.
Nakafuto Station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. For directions or any enquiries, please visit the hotel's concierge desk or contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Free parking is available for guests until 15:00 on the day of check-out. The hotel parking fee will be changed to YEN 1,000 per night as of April 7, 2025. Charges will apply after this time.
As part of the renovation, all guest rooms will be non-smoking and pet-friendly rooms will be abolished.

Hotel was fine. Shuttle bus was perfect!
Paying for the swimming pool! And the location of the property was too far away from restaurants etc.
The rooms were large
This property is only for Airline crews and people attending conferences if you’re a tourist and wanting to do actual activities or even attending Universal Studios, this is not the hotel for you! It has terrible service difficult to get to extremely expensive to reach by Taxi and only one shuttle daily to Universal Studios. The staff has no clue what’s going on. I would not recommend staying here with children. It advertises having a pool but you actually don’t have access to it. You have to book it for in advance and it’s a private club for a seniors that use it for lane Swimming.
Het uitzicht op de 22e etage.
Achteraf toch spijt dat we niet een hotel in het centrum hebben genomen. Was dik een half uur rijden. In de omgeving niet veel te doen. Denk ons denken aan de Rottetdamse haven.

Quiet place, night price was cheap for the standing of the hotel, rooms were large and comfortable

Moc hezký pokoj, krásně čistý. Příjemný personál.
Kvituji zdarma vyzvednutí na letišti hotelovým taxi. Hotelový shuttle bus na nádraží, využili jsme skoro každý den. Dobrý spoj metrem do centra.
Snídaně byli sice bohaté, ale co do kvality potravin a chuti pokrmů slabší, hlavně v porovnání s dalšími hotely v Japonsku, které měly i méně hvězd.
Vysoký poplatek za sezení a service chargé ve Sky Lounge, navíc s naprosto obyčejným drinkem.
Drahé praní.
Hotel je dál od centra, ale zase v klidnější části, což nepovažuji vlastně za nevýhodu.

①アメニティグッズが寂しかった。アフターシェーブローションがなかった
②テレビのスイッチを入れると、ホテルの案内だったか音が大きくてびっくり
③朝食の品数が他と比較して少ないような感じ。ゆで卵が食べたかったが品切れ？
部屋が広く、とても清潔。
プールとジムが無料なのはありがたいが、そこにシャワーがついていないこと。
