JR Shin-Osaka Station, JR Osaka Station (Umeda), and Universal Studios Japan are served by a free shuttle bus operating on an advance reservation basis. Shuttle service from JR Shin-Osaka Station and Universal Studios Japan is available daily, while service from JR Osaka Station (Umeda) is available on weekends and public holidays only.

We thought from the adds that it had outside pools bit we could not find them and the staff only directed us to the lap pool in the gym.
