The hotel's free shuttle bus departs from outside the Sakurabashi-guchi Exit of JR Osaka Station every 30 minutes between 08:30 and 22:00. From the hotel to JR Osaka Station, the shuttle service departs every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 21:30.
Nakafuto Station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. For directions or any inquiries, please visit the hotel's concierge desk or contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Free parking is available for guests until 15:00 on the day of check-out. The hotel parking fee will be changed to YEN 1,000 per night as of April 7, 2025. Charges will apply after this time.
As part of the renovation, all guest rooms will be nonsmoking and pet-friendly rooms will be abolished.

Amazing view from the 20th floor. Huge room that was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to metro station and supermarket. Very friendly staff and great facilities, room service was very fast too. Loved the top-floor bar and food.
Would have been good if there was more space in the indoor pool and/ or if you didn't need to book ahead of time to use it.
L'hôtel était super, la chambre est très spacieuse et la literie très confortable, on y a passé un super moment et la vue du 22ème étage est magnifique. Le petit magasin au B1 est un petit plus très pratique aussi
Même si l'hôtel est proche d'une station de métro ce qui a beaucoup facilité nos déplacements on reste malgré tout un peu loin de certains points d'intérêt.
Nice hotel, can see the grand build in its architecture. It’s located a bit out of town with no much nearby but the views over the city and waterways is amazing, particularly of a night. Staff in the Club Lounge were great. We did suffer a sleepless night as we were next to the elevator, if you sleep lightly request a room further along.
Good size room, very spacious and clean. Getting the airport limousine was easy.
Could hear the elevator going all night. Beds were hard. And the lounge doesn’t accept children after 5:30pm but they accepted our booking for a lounge access room knowing we had a child. Our dinner at Basilico was overpriced.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück umfangreich.
Wir waren in einigen 5* Hotel aber dass man den Swimmingpool konnte man nur für 45 Min. buchen konnte, der Sky Pool überhaupt nicht benutzt werden konnte und wir beim Frühstück um 7 Uhr dort sein mussten um nicht 30 Min. warten zu müssen, hatten wir noch nie. Flughafentaxi einmalig erst um 11.33 h (für uns zu spät) was für ein 5* Hotel definitiv nicht ok ist.
Great service, comfy beds, clean rooms. Excellent stay. We loved it so much we extended our stay.
They even kindly provided a transformer because our UK devices required more volts than Japan plugs offered.
Facilities, room and breakfast
Very spacious room, nice whirlpool in the swimming pool. Comfy big bed and great shower. Lawsons in the basement for emergency food. Nespresso in the room.
Stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night, the skybar is closed these nights as well as two of the restaurants. We got back late from Universal to find no more food available as last orders are 8pm and 8.30pm for the sushi place and lobby buffet restaurant. So no food and no bar at all!! I found this very odd for a ‘5 star’ hotel. So room
Service is your only option after 8.30pm on these days. And the buffet food looked pretty dried up and sad after 8pm anyway.
Seems like this was once a top end hotel but now caters to large coach loads of tour visitors.

We got industrial view from the window, considering I booked months ago it was a disappointment.
