The hotel's free shuttle bus departs from outside the Sakurabashi-guchi Exit of JR Osaka Station every 30 minutes between 08:30 and 22:00. From the hotel to JR Osaka Station, the shuttle service departs every 30 minutes between 08:00 and 21:30.

Nakafuto Station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. For directions or any inquiries, please visit the hotel's concierge desk or contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Free parking is available for guests until 15:00 on the day of check-out. The hotel parking fee will be changed to YEN 1,000 per night as of April 7, 2025. Charges will apply after this time.

Great value
Pros:

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all needed amenities and good cleaning service.

Cons:

The downside is only a 45 minute time slot that you need to reserve for the pool and it being somewhat cold in the pool.

Lawson just downstairs the hotel! I went for hyrox intex Osaka. Just opposite only. Airport bus transfer do drop by this

チェックイン時間を過ぎてホテルに入ったらまだベッドメイキングが出来てなく10分くらいかかると言われた。この後ライブがあって荷物だけおいてすぐライブ会場に行かないと間に合わないと伝えると他の従業員の方がすぐ他の部屋を用意してくれた。とっさの対応にすごく感謝です。
お陰でライブに間に合った。

Cons:

人にもよりますが、ホテルに入ってすぐのホテルの匂いがキツかった。

Increibles 5 noches en Osaka
Pros:

El desayuno excelente opción buffet y con opciones tradicionales japonesas. Muy cerca del Parque Universal con lo cual es practico para ir con chicos

Cons:

los horarios de los restaurantes capaz podrian ser un poco mas extensos.
