The hotel’s free shuttle bus operates from outside the Sakurabashi-guchi Exit of JR Osaka Station from 9:30 to 21:30. From the hotel to JR Osaka Station, the shuttle service operates from 9:00 to 21:00.
Nakafuto Station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. For directions or any enquiries, please visit the hotel's concierge desk or contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Free parking is available for guests until 15:00 on the day of check-out. The hotel parking fee will be changed to YEN 1,000 per night as of April 7, 2025. Charges will apply after this time.

客室も本当に大きくて1人ではもったいないくらい快適に過ごせました！
そして昨年利用時はあったのか気がつかなかったのか、シャワールーム壁にシャンプーたちがついていて驚きました！
また、今回はビュッフェも利用しましたが、とても満足な料理の数々、スタッフも親切丁寧に対応していただき気持ちよく利用できました！
Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja tarjolla oli vaihtoehtoja eri ruokavaloihin. Sijainti oli hyvä ja paikalle pääsi hyvin julkisilla. Isojen matkalaukkujen kanssa taksi olisi kuitenkin parempi vaihtoehto. Lisäksi refan suihkupää oli ehdottomasti todella mukava yllätys.
Huomasin aamulla, että sängyn alla oli todella paha pölykerros ja edellisten majoittujien roskia. Henkilölle, jolla herkkyys pölyyn tuo aiheuttaisi varmasti oireita.

Rooms were super spaciou and we'll kept with huge bathroom. Hotel is located in a quite and peaceful area. The free shuttle to Osaka station is very useful, it just takes 25-30 mins to Osaka Station from the hotel.
There is a convenience store in the hotel itself which was very useful.
This hotel is value for money if you are looking for spacious room with good view of Osaka bay and a quite locality.

We have to pay for everything: use of the pool and spa.
After paying we were told we could only use the pool once per day.
The hotel is huge but feels soulless .
The restaurants within the hotel are very pricey for the quality they offer.
There's not much happening around the hotel.
The side of the hotel was under repair during our stay.
Convenient to train stations
The shower stall needs deep cleaning. There’s mold and the sealing needs to be replaced. Need a standing iron board. They have a 1 1/2 feet iron board that you have to place on the floor to iron clothe.
