The hotel’s free shuttle bus operates from outside the Sakurabashi-guchi Exit of JR Osaka Station from 9:30 to 21:30. From the hotel to JR Osaka Station, the shuttle service operates from 9:00 to 21:00.

Nakafuto Station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. For directions or any enquiries, please visit the hotel's concierge desk or contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Free parking is available for guests until 15:00 on the day of check-out. The hotel parking fee will be changed to YEN 1,000 per night as of April 7, 2025. Charges will apply after this time.

Great hotel, location was good for us but if you want the Osaka nightlife then the location isn’t the best.
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are excellent, the view we had was over looking Osaka bay which was nice.

Cons:

The location is a bit away from the main stations of Osaka and Shin-Osaka but the hotel do offer a shuttle bus directly to Osaka station but its first come first serve basis.
