The hotel’s free shuttle bus operates from outside the Sakurabashi-guchi Exit of JR Osaka Station from 9:30 to 21:30. From the hotel to JR Osaka Station, the shuttle service operates from 9:00 to 21:00.
Nakafuto Station is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. For directions or any enquiries, please visit the hotel's concierge desk or contact the hotel directly. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Free parking is available for guests until 15:00 on the day of check-out. The hotel parking fee will be changed to YEN 1,000 per night as of April 7, 2025. Charges will apply after this time.
As part of the renovation, all guest rooms will be non-smoking and pet-friendly rooms will be abolished.

Large rooms, Nice indoor swimming pool (free of charge), large lobby with lots of restaurant and Even a shop. Lots of space in the hotel and hotel staff always really nice.
Hacina yo pay for the outside swimming Pool (and price is high). Fortunately they offer the indoor swimming Pool free of charge. For the indoor swimming Pool you need to book a slot and on our first day there we had to wait like 3 hours to get a slot (once in the swimming Pool we were nearly always alone - we dont know the max number of people per time allowed but it’s not high).
Hotel itself was lovely
That you had to reserve everything. Couldn't just swim in the pools had to book and indoor pool was a limit of 40mins only but was free. Outdoor roof top pool now that was sad . You had to pay to swim and it was for longer. You shouldn't have to pay to swim as a guess staying in the hotel. I never used the pools it was disappointing. I went to the Onsen and had a great day.

El gimnasio está bien equipado
la ubicación no es práctica. Para llegar al centro hay que hacer muchos transbordos en tte público y es tiempo ( aprox 30 min) para cada ida y regreso que no se aprovecha.
Para usar la piscina. interior había que reservar una franja horaria. Y el tiempo de uso permitido es de 45 min. Estuvimos alojados 5 días. Reservé desde el primer día, y para todos los días de la estancia la mayoría de horas estaban ocupadas. ( las horas libres no permitían aprovechar el día )aunque luego había quien no aparecía. Se entiende que el hotel lo hace para tener una mejor organización , pero para el
huésped no es lo más deseable..
Para ser un 5 estrellas la habitación no ofrecía todas las comodidades esperadas. Faltaba, por ejemplo, el típico espejo con aumento en el baño. Tampoco reponían las que se usaban. Y el baño hacía un olor un poco desagradable. . El desayuno tipo buffet no era bueno , ni en variedad ni en calidad de productos. Tampoco lo fue la cena buffet de “carne” que reservamos una noche

1- location. everything useful was far as heck

4- weird rules about not being a Member. but like im on vacation im not going to become a member

Grosse arnaque !!! Ce n’est absolument pas un hôtel pour touristes !! À FUIR ! Booking réagissez !!! La piscine coûte 20€ par personne pour 2h !!! Une honte !! Et des 17h c’est encore plus cher !! Loin d’Osaka !! Leurs navettes soit disant gratuites ne sont jamais libres ! On est parti et on a demandé à ce qu’ils fassent un geste pour les 4 nuits où nous ne sommes pas restés : rien, ils ont refusé net et ont reloué notre chambre après notre départ ! Honteux !!
