Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Pros:

We got a room with a balcony which gave a beautiful view of the sunrise. AC was very cold.

Cons:

I did not know of the 100.00 Deposit or that you had to pay for parking. I would have liked to have been informed of this prior to getting there. I haven't received my email showing that the deposit was returned and when I have ( 3 times in row no one Is answering.

It was not worth the 200.
Cons:

There were roaches in the room and dead ones. The furniture was torn. The sheets had stains. There was a musky smell. We left and had to pay for another room

Pros:

It was close to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar by the beach (Komo’s was very nice and very helpful.

Cons:

We had to go to the front desk to get toilet a roll of toilet paper because there wasn’t any in our room. The front by the front desk and by the elevators was very dirty and unkempt. I was very disappointed.

Left after first night
Pros:

Hotel needs Big remodeling, dingy, gritty and not worth the money. No restaurant, bars both closed (beach bar & inside bar). Tv did not work well; channels all mixed up. Called front desk and they send up hotel tech. He gave instructions on how to use tv. He was helpful. We only stayed 1 night and only other people we saw in hotel were 2 elderly ladies. No one else. It was spooky. No cars in parking area in morning afternoon or night. Ac was good; furniture in room very old and didn’t look clean. We took out small dog and front desk attendant was nice and gave us no problem when we told him dog was emotional support.

Cons:

Hotel is Old, dingy and gritty. It is suppose to be beach front but after seeing the lobby we did not even go to beach area. No one was around. It looked EMPTY and felt weird

Pros:

We arrived and no one was around. It was a bit spooky. One person in front desk. He was nice but come to find out no bar, no beach bar, no restaurant and the place looked dingy, gritty and very old looking. Our room also very old but relatively clean. Tv had guide that didn’t work. Called front desk as we could not find ESPN. Danny ( hotel tech) came and was very helpful showing us how tv “worked”. Tv channels all mixed up. We saw only two other older ladies the whole time we stayed there. Due to a home emergency we only stayed 1 night. We had paid for 2. We did not even stroll the hotel beach area. Would not recommend as hotel needs a major remodeling and as is not worth the money we paid.

There was no breakfast and no dining room. I liked the access to the beach.

Cons:

They did not have a working phone in the room, I asked for clean towels and got hand towels to dry my entire body. I asked that my cash deposit be returned to my card or mailed to me and it was refused. I never saw any housekeeping staff and it smelt like someone over did it with Fabulouso. I feel the front desk person stole $100 from me

I ended stay and went to another hotel

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The property is outdated, smell of mildew, visible mold, a/c not right, floor sweating, room had no towels, and sink and shower was stopped up. I asked for towels twice and still didn’t get them. I had to go to front desk, because phone in room wasn’t working. Four out of six towels had long hair on them. I ended our stay after one night, and had to spend money at another hotel for the remainder of trip.

How dirty it was, black mold everywhere, fragrance trying to cover up the black mold smell, dirty bedding, dirty shower, empty soap bottles and dirty, over all everything was dirty. Even the floors were not swept or mopped. There was no breakfast and we were led to believe there was supposed to be breakfast. Two of 3 bars closed down. The only bar thats supposed to be open is barely open. The kitchen was closed down. Nothing was as we were lead to believe it was going to be. Even the drink fridge in the lobby was empty. Mildew smell every hallway. It felt like a $40 room not a premium Bayside room.

Oh, and both my husbands are blondes. There was black long hair everywhere. I want to add more photos of the filth but there was too much.
