It was very clean, modern and comfortable

Cons:

The only thing was the mattress cover would stick to you through the sheet. But it was probably more my selection on room temperature than the cover itself.

Comfortable, hospitable, relaxing
Pros:

It was quiet and everyone working or staying there were friendly. The suit was in excellent condition and so comfortable.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the breakfast ended at 9am on weekdays. Not everyone wakes up at 6 am. But I was okay buying breakfast.

The entire facility was class. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, the food was great and the staff couldn’t do enough to help.

Cons:

It appears that our recent experience with a front desk representative, Tammy, was unsatisfactory. We encountered significant difficulties upon our arrival, which extended for nearly three hours. Subsequently, a different front desk associate provided exceptional and professional assistance to our entire team. We were also informed of some inaccurate statements made by Tammy during this transition. Given that we are frequent guests at this location, we are now re-evaluating our future accommodations. The level of professionalism and customer service demonstrated by Tammy was unacceptable.
