Not up to Hilton standard
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff and functionally clean room (albeit the first room we were given cards for was not yet made up).

Cons:

Very basic, nothing open.

Overall stay was great. We would definitely consider this hotel to stay in the future.
Pros:

Food quality and price was good.
Location of hotel was very convenient.
The gentlemen preparing the omelets were super friendly and respectful.

Cons:

The room had a door to access the room next to our room. We can hear everything going on so there is a privacy concerns.
Also, the house keeping staff knocked on the door early to ask what time we planned to checkout. They should adhere to the checkout time.
The bathtub faucets are outdated. We had a little trouble opening the faucet because it was stuck and hard to open.

Cons:

The staff were rude and unhelpful. when we reserved room we were promised USB charges, breakfast to go. Neither were available. The restaurant was out of food and they forgot part of order.

If I ever go back to Dallas, I won’t be staying here. Sorry 🫤
Pros:

The property was ok. I like the free shuttles to the airport.
Devon was very attentive through texting.

Cons:

The hallway and the room smelled, the furniture underneath the sink was about to fall off the counter onto the floor. The bathroom door didn’t close properly (it was getting stuck right before the doorframe). We needed to really push/pull hard in order to close.

Damp!!!
Pros:

Once issue raises with staff they moved us immediately.

Cons:

The air conditioning on site seems to not work properly. The room that we initially stayed in smelt damp and by the next morning everything in the room was damp. We were moved to a newly refurbished room the following day, which aesthetically pleasing however the air conditioning as a whole seems to be an issue on site.

Terrible. Do not stay at this hotel.
Cons:

Room smelled bad. Mold in the bathroom and on the AC vents. Rude staff. Staff did not respond to complaints. Carpet in one corner of the rom was wet from ??
