Elegance on a budget
Pros:

Very clean hotel with extremely polite staff. The cost is surprisingly cheap when comparing hotel of similar quality in the area. Very relaxed atmosphere with a touch of added class.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL
Pros:

Worst experience ever, the guy at the front desk was on the worst mood, he started yelling at me in front of my kid when I was just explaining that the truck he went to move from the motor lobby 1st, it was mine, 2nd it had already left and 3rd, we took like 5 minutes top to unload our backpacks, yes, 2 backpacks and a couple of hoodies. He called and lied to the security guy and cancelled my reservation. I stopped trying to explain myself cause I started to feel unsafe when he faced me very close, he seemed like if he was about to punch me and as I have Hypertension, I stopped talking before something worse could happen to me. Even the security guard listened to my story far from this lunatic because he knew the piece of crap he is. Unbelievable and totally unacceptable, I will definitely escalate this situation to corporate. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

Great, Quick Stay!
Pros:

An easy quick stay for an overnight layover! Shuttle was easy and convenient even arriving at 12am. Called the hotel to request once we had our bags. Larry at the front desk was great and a fresh start to our stay! Room was good and everything we needed for less than 12 hours there. Would return for a long layover!

I have travel all day due delays and just went down to the restaurant here in the hotel. Restaurant was busy. Blanca was great!!

Good night’s sleep at the Doubletree
Pros:

Larry at the front desk gave me a beautiful good morning as I waited for the early shuttle. Check out was easy and the hotel was perfect. I got a much needed good night’s sleep. Thank you!

Convenient Location to DFW
