Cons:

The swimming pool was not available. The room didn’t have a kettle to make tea or coffee, if we wanted we had to ask the reception each time and next day it would be taken away. The Italiano hotel wifi was not working, the reception gave us a different wifi from the conference room. The maintenance of the room , bathroom was not worth the rate.The food menu price provided in the room and Resturant was different. There was lot of noise, shouting and swearing my people in and around the hotel at night which could be heard inside our room. The hotel didn’t have any control over it.

Nella mia prenotazione c'era una camera matrimoniale ma mi hanno dato 2 letti singoli affiancati e con coperta sporca di sangue.
Ho fatto presente questo alla reception e la ragazza mi ha risposto che quella è la loro tipologia di camera matrimoniale mentre per la coperta se lo avessi detto la sera prima me la cambiavano, peccato che me ne sono accorto la mattina dopo.
Secondo me non deve essere il cliente che deve far notare queste problematiche ma dovrebbe essere lo staff delle pulizie che deve controllare meglio durante le pulizie delle camere.

Es hat einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen
Pros:

Man kommt ins Hotel und wird an der Rezeption nur mit unfreundlichen Gesichtern begrüßt - man fühlt sich nicht als willkommen an. Der Geruch in dem Hotel und in den Zimmern ist wirklich nicht zumutbar, nicht mal die geöffneten Fenster nehmen den unangenehmen Geruch raus. Die Fenster und Türen sind sehr schlecht zu schließen. Die Dusche war defekt. Das Hotel allgemein sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es wird nicht investiert - wie man leider feststellen muss.
Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr unfreundlich, beim Frühstück sind die Tische nicht abgeräumt, werden nicht eingedeckt - obwohl das Personal sieht das man auf einen Tisch wartet und gern frühstücken würde. Wir haben dann selbst abgeräumt. Das Servicepersonal ist mehr mit dem Handy beschäftigt als sich auf die Gäste zu konzentrieren.
Die Preise an der Bar sind absolut überteuert. Die Kaffeemaschinen waren entweder defekt oder mussten gereinigt werden - und keiner hat sich zuständig gefühlt.
Wir werden diesem Hotel nie wieder einen Besuch abstatten oder es weiter empfehlen. Man ist ja sowieso nicht willkommen.

Cons:

Der Service ist sehr schlecht. Der Geruch in dem Hotel lässt zu wünschen übrig und die Preise im Restaurant/Bar sind völlig überteuert. Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war leider sehr mangelhaft, immer hat etwas gefehlt, die Tische waren nicht abgeräumt, man musste teilweise selbst eindecken um überhaupt frühstücken zu können.
