Great location, awesome breakfast
Pros:

The front of the hotel is like a different hotel to the back. The breakfast and pool at the back of the hotel are awesome and like an oasis. The front rooms are extremely sparse with not even a kettle or cups for coffee. If you can upgrade to the other side of the hotel I think it would be well worth it. Overall comfortable and the public transport is so close and easy.

Cons:

A kettle and coffee sachets and tea bags would have been great as well asked for a kettle but had to buy coffee at a supermarket and now have to carry it or leave it behind?

Cons:

Personale accogliente e preparato, ma la struttura troppo vetusta necessita di una sistemazione, per quanto riguarda la colazione è stata gestita tutta da due persone che per quanto si siano impegnate non riuscivano neanche a capire chi entrava situazione a dir poco imbarazzante, praticamente non c'era niente.

Pros:

Hotel , vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada , colazione ottima e abbondante , camere pulite , wifi un po' debole ,sarebbe da migliorare il segnale.
Buono il servizio di collegamento con il centro di Firenze , tramite il bus appena fuori l'hotel.

Non è un albergo da 4 stelle
Pros:

La posizione ben servita dai mezzi per potere raggiungere Firenze in 15 minuti, le camere accoglienti e la hall e la sala per la colazione molto belle.

Cons:

Che si tratta di un albergo a 4 stelle, ma non ne è all' altezza. Il bagno aveva il rubinetto troppo corto e quindi quando lo si apriva l'acqua schizzava e andava fuori bagnando top e pavimento. In bagno c'è la vasca e no la doccia che lo rende non accessibile a tutti e la porta è vecchia. Inoltre per il servizio della colazione in sala c'erano solo due camerieri, che pur essendo gentili e bravi, non riuscivano a soddisfare le richieste di 200 ospiti con ritardi nella pulizia dei tavoli, nel riempire nuovamente i vassoi finiti con il cibo o con posate, bicchieri e tazze pulite o nello svuotare e ricaricare le macchinette dei caffè, cappuccini e cioccolate.

Δεν είχαμε και την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση είχαμε κλείσει 2 βράδια με πτήση από Μπολόνια άργησε η πτήση μας δεν βρίσκαμε τρένο γιατί ήταν αργά τ νύχτα με αποτέλεσμα να κοιμηθούμε μπολονια και να πάμε το πρωί στο ξενοδοχείο φτάσαμε το πρωί και μας λένε δεν έχουμε έτοιμο δωμάτιο σας ενώ το είχαμε ήδη πληρωμένο από την προηγούμενη μέρα απαράδεκτο!
