Appena arrivati, non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception. Eravamo stanchi ed è stato un grosso disagio. Abbiamo aspettato quasi un'ora. Questa è una cosa intollerabile.

Pros:

Zwembad was ruim goed. Ontbijt was divers en prima met voldoende keuze mogelijkheid. Kamer was aan de krappe kant met 2kids en vader en moeder (met slaapbank). Wel waren de bedden goed en comfi. Toilet en badkamer waren daarentegen erg verouderd en leek zo uit de jaren 70 te komen.

Cumpriu todas as expectativas sendo agradável e confortável
Pros:

Um hotel super confortável, longe do centro da cidade e da confusão, mas com excelente acesso por transportes públicos e com parque de estacionamento gratuito. Pequeno almoço simples e agradável com diferentes opções. A piscina é muito boa, limpa e agradável. Os quartos têm boa climatização, camas confortáveis, casa de banho espaçosa com água quente rápida e excelente pressão.

Cons:

Um pouco mais de variedade na alimentação do pequeno almoço, nomeadamente mais variedades de ovos e de oferta de comidas quentes. Necessário mais variedades de pão e de manteigas e doces.

Disappointing

Cons:

The male staff at the front desk were generally pleasant, but unfortunately, our experience with some of the female staff was quite the opposite. They were extremely rude, dismissive, and uncooperative, which made an already disappointing stay even more unpleasant. The phone in our room did not work throughout our stay, making it very difficult to contact reception or request assistance. Room service was practically unresponsive as well.
The bathroom facilities were particularly poorly designed and inconvenient. The bathroom door resembled a heavy institutional or hospital-style door, operated by a large mechanical mechanism, and there was no proper lock from the inside. This provided very little privacy, which was especially inappropriate and uncomfortable for a family staying together. Instead of separate toiletries, there was only a single dispenser intended to serve as body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, and the product itself felt very cheap and oily.
The shower enclosure was equally impractical. Its door opened from both sides in such an awkward way that water repeatedly escaped from the shower area and spread across the bathroom floor toward the toilet. After almost every shower, we had to clean and dry the floor ourselves. These are basic design and maintenance issues that should not be expected in a hotel presenting itself as suitable for families and international guests.
For some reason, the bed linens in my children’s room also appeared to trigger an allergic reaction, raising further concerns about the cleanliness or quality of the bedding.
Ironically, although the room phone had not worked during our stay, on the day of our departure we suddenly began receiving rather threatening calls warning us that if we remained beyond 12 noon, we would be charged for every additional hour. The manner in which this was communicated lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. There seemed to be very little understanding of polite, respectful customer service.
