Everything and everyone were exceptional.
I did not liked the fact that,
First, the remote for the tv was missing and I had to go and ask for one. Then the remote did not work.
And something small but that I value in a hotel and I consider it one of the basics in hospitality is at least have some water bottles in the room.
The breakfast was great! When Teddy's was open it was nice to be able to purchase a drink and listen to music. The hot tub was good after they heated it up! The location of the hotel was good. The bed was comfortable.
The pool was not heated as advertised. We were told it was broke. It was ice cold. The hot tub was turned off per another guest request and was colder than the pool and we couldn't get in it the first night. Maintenance did turn hot tub on and we got in it the 2nd night. Our peep hole you could see all the way through on both sides. We had to tape a tissue over it. Ice machine located next to room and was broke. We stayed in room 272. Housekeeping never cleaned our rooms. The first day we did have a privacy sign on the door but removed it same day after breakfast, expecting the same day or next day to receive service and never did the entire stay. I had to eventually place all towels and trash out in the hallway and go down to Front Desk to get towels. The game room key pad was broke and we could not enter and we asked for it to be fixed and it was and actually a quick fix. Not understanding why it wasn't fixed already. Then the game pieces were missing. Decor in hallways were outdated and tear in the rugs in the hallway above the steps and my daughter's foot got caught in it. The rooms weren't as clean due to dust and stain on the floor. We got a few towels that were folded and had stains on them. I am not usually a complainer but I was very disappointed in this hotel and wanted you all to know the truth.
It was centrally located and very clean. It had a very cool courtyard and pool/ hot tub area.
All was good. It was an older building, but great staff and CLEAN.

The hotel was like a maze, poor signage. The room wasn’t very clean. There were stains on the curtains and the bed. The pool was freezing and the whirlpool was too hot, my skin turned red . Poor quality of tv channels not much of a selection. Room was hot. Wasn’t worth the price.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures posted online. The carpet in both our room and throughout the hotel was extremely dirty. The door to our balcony was broken, and both the balcony and the furniture in our room were covered in a lot of dust. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well maintained, and it was very disappointing compared to what was advertised in the pictures.
