Pool was super cool

Everything was perfect
This property is disgusting , never again are we booking to stay here!! The toilet was not functioning, the bed was full of hairs, the floor was disgusting, dirty hairs everywhere. The worst part when we asked the front desk for shampoo, body and conditioner they said that housekeeping hadn’t arrived that we could go to the front desk and grab some, mind you I was already in the shower!!!!!!! No phone!!!!!
Absolutely nothing
The room/hotel is NOTHING like the photos it’s run down and old there was a man there that followed me and made me feel unsafe the curtains did not close and you can see inside the room the tub was clogged and water spilt everywhere. The pool was closed on top of all of this. Did not enjoy the stay at all
The room was descent. It was recently renovated. It felt decently clean as well.
The common areas were so dirty - I'm not even discussing outdated or that there is no elevator. Simply the dirt and dust buildup including at the base of the reception counter.
Details of cleanliness are the most important and make everything else feel dirty even if they may be clean.
The heated pool kid friendly

I am currently staying at this property and am beyond frustrated. I’ve been here for 3 days and my room has not been cleaned once. Despite multiple calls to the front desk, the trash was finally emptied but the bed was never made and the room was never actually cleaned. To make matters worse, the water in my room is clogged and coming out brown.
On top of the room issues, the amenities are in disrepair. The hot tub is stone cold—colder than the pool. Maintenance mentioned they’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a part, yet the hotel continues to advertise a "hot" tub. Management has been unresponsive to my requests for a clean, functional room. I would not recommend staying here until they address these basic sanitary and maintenance standards.
It was nice and quiet we were able to relax and enjoy the day.

The beds and pool.
All in all was a great stay.
The pool was great, breakfast was good.
Room was dirty, sheets were stained. Floors were dirty. We had a nail sticking out of our table. Our refrigerator and microwave were both dirty. We had to go to the local target to cleab the room ourselves. Not an ideal hotel if you are traveling with kids. It felt like I was in a motel.

The location was convenient. Check in was quick.
When I called while on my way I asked if I could reserve another room was told you can do that online. The rooms were outdated. The shower was clogged so while showering your standing in a foot of water. Only pool is outdoor I specifically was looking for indoor. The beds were a little hard, bed sheets had stains. Bathroom door had a huge gap when you close. For the amount we paid I definitely expected more.
