Pros:

No volvería a hospedar ahí, muy malas condiciones, muy caro para lo que dicen que ofrece, solo las fotos están bonitas porque el lugar está pésimo, me cobraron de más ya estando en el lugar, segun las políticas y para devolver mi deposito de 3 a 4 días según ellos, pésimo servicio de parte del personal, a excepción de un joven con dificultades para caminar desconozco su nombre fue amable, el supervisor mejor busque trabajo porque se ve por su actitud que no le gusta y lo hace de mala gana. En los cuartos no tenían ni acondicionador y cuando solicite me dijeron que fuera al siguiente día a pedir, ni siguiera que me lo llevarían tendría que ir yo a buscar. Muy pero muy decepcionada,

If you’re going to El Paso in and out, I’d recommend it since the beds were super comfy. But if you’re vacationing there
Pros:

Walking in, the lobby smells amazing, has a nice energy. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Starbucks was walking distance!

Cons:

Bathroom wasn’t clean, had to clean it twice to feel like it was clean enough to shower in. Air conditioning smelled like burnt rubber, auto setting did not work. PARKING WAS HORRIBLE.

Horrible and dirty
Pros:

The front desk and employees were very inviting, and the front desk checking area was the only place that was up kept and clean.

Cons:

When you enter the facility through the parking, it smelled gross like mold or old sitting, wet towels. There was a window unit or wall unit that had dust in events. When you enter the room, the room smelled moldy. That comforter had some.It looks like candy on it.That was dried. The floor seemed like it hasn't been checked in a long time. It had derek and spots on it.The bathroom had old mold marks that looked like they were just wiped. Showerhead was horrible.The bathroom vents had a thick layer of dust on it.And it had broken pieces. Total opposite with the lobby. The food for breakfast was also disgusting.It was either overcooked or watered down. I was very disappointed because I've stayed. I had many of these locations before, and i've never had an experience ever.

The fact that they gave my BOOKED room to someone else and I had to drive all the way to Las Cruces to book another room at 2AM while traveling with an infant

Our air conditioning unit went out. At 100 degrees you have to have air conditioning. So we were forced to move across the building and down a floor in the middle of the night.

As soon as I walked in the lobby I was greeted by Maria. She was so welcoming and super attentive. She explained the amenities offered and her overall willingness to help if I needed it! I hope next time I go I am greeted by her again!
