Great hotel, greater staff!
Pros:

That's one of the best Marriott that I've stayed in. What made our stay special beyond amenities was the staff.

Mr. Aslam Mirza and his staff was great. He offered us a complimentary massage.
Cleaning person Miss Nazia was very kind and flexible with housekeeping schedule.
On reception , Mr Ali Akbar offered us traditional Sindhi scarf.

Buffet breakfast was great and delicious. A true 5 star experience made possible by great staff!

Everything was great. i really enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The ambiance and the overall vibe of the hotel. Specially the food was really top notch but the buffet timings of dinner could have been extended.

Cons:

The rooms were good but the decor of the room should be more enhanced. Also the food prices are really very high it should be moderate.

I had a wonderful experience, especially with the Food & Beverage team. Mr. Abbas and Mr. Vijay were extremely kind, welcoming and friendly, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The entire Food & Beverage staff was professional, attentive and helpful. The food was very good, with a nice variety, great taste and excellent presentation. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special thank you to Mr. Abbas, Mr. Vijay and the entire Food & Beverage team for making our visit so enjoyable.

Cons:

Nothing major. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Pros:

I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Karachi Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. The service was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic.

Everything was handled perfectly, and the hospitality really stood out. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Karachi Marriott to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality hotel experience in Karachi.

"I had a truly wonderful stay, and a huge shoutout goes to the entire housekeeping team at Marriott. Mr. Aslam Mirza, the Housekeeping Manager, leads by example – his team's dedication and warmth clearly reflect his excellent leadership.

A special mention to Naved and Nazia, who took such great care of our room throughout our stay. They were always smiling, incredibly hardworking, and paid close attention to every little detail. Whether it was fresh towels, extra pillows, or just keeping the room spotless, nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

Nazia's warmth and cheerful nature made us feel so welcome every single day, and Naved's efficiency and thoroughness ensured our room was always in perfect condition. Together, they made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and truly memorable.

Five star service with a smile from everybody
Pros:

All the stuff from Reception to restaurant to Cleaning to poolside Car attendance door attendance everyone was absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough for you

Cons:

It would've been nice if there were a few shops nearby for snacks and things, but it wasn't a major issue as everything was available at the hotel apart from a few little munchies that my son and I always like
