Otherwise the room was nice. The breakfast was really good, the rooms we had for our Mission 26 event worked very well. The italian lunch we had at the Mastermind lunch was also very good.

Cons:

Hallway light shone through all edges of the bedroom door. The bathtub drain cap was completely loose and I had to screw it in place. Another thing I did not like and heard others mention also was the tightly wrapped tables making it difficult to place your legs under them.

Outdated but simple, lots of parking. 10 min drive to Stockyards.
Pros:

Lots of parking, friendly staff, simple but good breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms need updating, and a thorough clean. Hallways are in rough shape. Back entrance says you need a key card to enter but it does not lock, so anyone could enter the property at anytime. Walls are very thin, especially in connecting rooms - we could hear everything our neighbours were talking about.

Before I could even get there the GM of the hotel blocked me from staying, after my reso and stole my money. I had it out with their experienced online agent. This place is trash.

Pros:

Funcionários solicitos, cama e banheiro limpos e cheiro bom. Cama confortável e chuveiro bom. Quarto de bom tamanho. Ter café da manhã e água de garrafa na academia, além de máquina de lavar roupas e um bom mercadinho na recepção foi ótimo.

Cons:

Hotel muito velho, precisando de uma reforma. Aparentemente já foi muito bom mas está decadente. Extremamente vazio e muito grande. Apesar de velho, não cheira mal nem nada do tipo.

Great just a few snags!
Pros:

It was very clean, all the staff that we met were very approachable and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room we were in the air conditioner wasn't working and the tv wouldn't turn on. They sent maintenance, he moved us to a new room with ac and the tv worked. He gave us free breakfast passes. Never heard from management.
