The room and hotel was really nice. The breakfast was also good
The beds were uncomfortable
We stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend it. The property feels very dated and generally not very clean, and throughout our stay we actually felt itchy being in the rooms, which was quite uncomfortable.
Our first room had chewing gum stuck to the headboard underneath the duvet, the sheet was only half on the bed, and the third floor corridor smelled very unpleasant. We were moved, but the next room was next to one with a dog that barked and cried throughout the evening and into the following day, so we had to request another move.
During our stay we were told by staff that some guests occasionally sneak pets into rooms to avoid additional fees. This raised concerns for us about how thoroughly rooms are cleaned between guests, particularly given the overall standard of cleanliness we experienced.
In the second room there were multiple air vents running through the walls (presumably for air conditioning), which made the walls shake and created constant noise. The TV also didn’t work. We were moved again and the third room was slightly better, but the hotel overall feels very tired, with ripped chairs and a generally grotty feel.
We chose this hotel partly for its amenities, but the bar was only open on weekends and the breakfast was quite poor.
The only positive aspect was that the front desk staff were friendly and helpful when assisting us with room changes. However, the hotel is in need of serious upgrades and we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The location was perfect, seeing that we were visiting family in the downtown area
When I booked my reservation it claimed to include free breakfast, but it did not. Although the hotel was beautiful my main complaint was the mattress. It was super hard, very uncomfortable. After a 15 hour drive I would have appreciated a more comfortable bed. I must say however the staff was very friendly, no complaints there.

The room was not as nice as advertised. And the cockroaches were crawling around I stayed in room 418 a premium king room
It was clean and the hot tub in the pool were so clean and working condition. It was just a beautiful stay
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property
