Stayable Jacksonville West

My experience so far has been amazing and comfortable for me and my dog Bella! Sage is our new property manager! I must say she is doing an amazing job! I can definitely feel the blessings of having her here for all of us as residents and guests in our place we call home. Kiddos to Sage! Welcome and I appreciate all your hard work to make us all comfortable.

The hotel is also used for low income housing. Carpeting is dirty. There is marijuana and cigar smell in every corner. The poor lady at the front desk seems to be the only employee. They charge one hundred dollars + tx for incidentals, but they do not return your tax portion. They accompany guests to give room keys to the room and make you sign a paper with the keys. Place is dirty and in disrepair. You have been warned!
I am very lenient with reviews, but this place should not be operating.

No breakfast, no room service you know nothing worth staying at this motel again beware

The bath tub had hair in it. the ac went out. i went to check out no one was at the front desk. no ac at front desk i was sweating at check in.

Christina is truly accommodating & gracious! When I arrived, late at night, the reception area was full. She took her time & took care of everyone. I wasn’t aware this is a transient hotel. The 1st room I was assigned to was full of cockroaches. Christina changed my room to an inner room. The ac unit in this particular room didn’t cool the room enough for me. This side of the building was undergoing renovations. Lastly, I woke up to cockroaches in the room.

Dirty outside, stale moldy rooms. Ghetto trashy people

Disgusting no hot water, ice machine, towels ect… yet, sure we’ve bedbugs

The front desk worker Jamie is a hard worker she cleans the rooms property and work front desk she deserves a raise.

Overbooked my reservation, 77 years old, on the road for 14 hours got a quarter mile from hotel a guy hit my car and then walked in the hotel with no room. I went across the street to Holiday Inn after staying on the phone with Expedia for over 40 minutes and checked in there

How absurdly stinky of cigarettes, bad smell in the water, air conditioning doesn't let you sleep, in addition to a terrible receptionist who doesn't stay at the reception, I spent 30 minutes knocking on the door and pressing the bell for him to appear.

The room was dirty and smelled really strong of animal odor. There was ceiling tiles falling from the ceiling. Dirty dog prints behind the door and scratch marks. The comfortable had not been washed in a very long time. And the floor had stains all over, wasnt mopped or swept.
