Not so friendly staff had to call 3 times to get the WiFi password. Didn’t even provide it when check in was done.
Charged double since they didn’t see that I had paid thru booking.com, towels were not so clean but at least they had more than one available.
The receptionist was rude.

They sent you an email that says to be sure to have the deposit on a card that has the same name as yours then I went at night to get my room and the lady tells me they only take cash deposits. I was passing my withdrawal limit and could not withdraw that then I go the next day and the guy says that he’s just gonna refund me for that night. I didn’t ask for a refund for the second night. I need now I want a full refund.

The front door opened and closed.
check in was not at all helpful. The person could not find my confirmation number nor any record of my reservation. I had confirmation from both the hotel and Booking.com and this person would not go out of the way to rectify the situation.

Very deceiving in the picture s you see online property very ran down room smelt musty stains on the walls and bed coverings homeless people rummage through garbage that was just piled up under the stairs right by room that was assigned to me
