To whom it may concern. This hotel is the most disheveled, run-down, and foul-smelling establishment I have ever experienced. I'm 55 years old, and in all my days, I have never experienced such a disturbing scenario in my life. I have been all over the world when I was in the service, and never once did I experience anything like this abomination. If I was Booking.Com, I would remove this establishment or anything related to it. I would distance myself from it. Once I checked in, everything from the from the parking lot to my room was super sketchy and made the hair on my neck stand up. It was old dated dark and dingy. There isn't enough fabreze in town to kill the tobacco and lingering marijuana stench. It honestly smelt like a men's room in a nightclub. The elevators didn't work, and as a disabled veteran, they had my room on the fourth floor. It was completely egregious, and they deserve negative five stars. I went directly back out to my car, canceled my reservation, and went to stay at another more expensive lodging facility. It's not good, and the facility should be condemned.

I paid for breakfast, but breakfast was not provided.
I was harassed my entire stay by staff. I was made felt uncomfortable and even threatened.

Elevator was scary, had to get a bunch of different key cards due to them not working the WiFi barely worked when It did work all of the places in the hotel were closed as in the pool, bar & restaurant and they didn’t have the room I had ordered open so I had to get into a 2 queen bed instead of 1 king and the parking lot was closed too

Our room was clean and fairly comfy
Parking is awful, absolutely nothing works in this hotel. No pool, no hot tub, no cable TV, only the main door can be used as an entrance, so you have to walk forever away to park and come inside. The hotel is huge but pretty creepy. Furniture in the open areas resembled a vampire movie. Only one of three elevators was working, and it didn’t sounds or feel great to ride in. Staff were not dressed in respectable clothing, and appeared to be also living somewhere in the hotel. Our shower only work about half way so that was very uncomfortable.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this facility. It is very much a shadow of its past glory. It is very much a dead place, stop putting this place on your website for your costumers.
Everything in this facility is repulsive, it feels like a ghost hunted house. The staff are very mean and disrespectful, no decorum of any kinds in their approach. They treated everyone as if they were all homeless. STOP SENDING PEOPLE TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

The room was filthy. There was hair stuck to the wall in the shower. The furniture was broken and unusable. The lamps were broken. Many of the rooms in our area were taped off because they were unusable. It took 2 hours to get someone to help. Don’t stay here even if it was free!
