Last minute 1 night stay - just the comfort we needed.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and not bad value as kids eat free. Ate in the restaurant and staff were superb, food was good quality.

Cons:

Only negative is the processing bar and restaurant are quite expensive.

Hotel bien situe. Non loin de l'aeroport. Bel etablissement. Style ancien contemporain. Tres belle chambre. Bien equipee pour un couple. Excellent restaurant. De tres bons plats. Service impeccable. Personnel efficace et extremement gentil. A l'ecoute. Rien a redire. J'ai bien apprecie. Je recommande.

Cons:

Un peu de peinture ou du nouveau papier peint serait bien. Revoir la couleur. Un peu de pastel rendrait les couloirs plus clairs. Pas de marron svp. Cela fait ancien.

Pros:

L'hotel è vicino alla metro, in una piazza abbastanza trafficata. Noi eravamo alloggiato all'ultimo piano e dalla camera non si sentivano rumori. Letto molto comodo, camera ampia. Tutto pulito. Abbiamo cenato sempre in hotel e il cibo era ottimo, come anche il servizio e il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Anche la colazione ottima e varia.

30cm Lizzard in the shower
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was, without exaggeration, one of the most unacceptable experiences I have ever had. The breaking point came when I discovered a 30 cm lizard inside the shower—a situation that is not only shocking but raises serious concerns about hygiene and basic safety standards.
What was even more astonishing than the incident itself was the staff’s complete indifference. Despite reporting it immediately, no effort was made to relocate me. I was told, quite bluntly, that room changes could only be considered after checkout hours!
The corridors were filled with unpleasant odors, giving the impression of poor ventilation and lack of maintenance. Cleanliness, in general, seemed to be a low priority, with visible neglect in both common areas and private spaces.
A hotel should offer comfort, cleanliness, and responsiveness—this one delivered none of the above
