Nothing to like at this hotel
It’s a sad old washed out beat up hotel that was nice at one time. Toilet not working, torn wallpaper everywhere, filthy carpet and really smelly.

Hotel esta bien pero por el precio esperaba algo mas de las instalaciones. Desayuno es rico pero no cambia fue lo mismo durante los 4 días que me hospede.

We reserved this hotel, thinking we could not go wrong staying at a Radisson, and it was well rated on Booking.com. We arrived after dinner, exhausted from our excellent trip in Portugal.
We were surprised when we got to our room; it was dingy and dark, even though it was full daylight out. The room was in dire need of renovations. The standing lamp was not working, which did not help the already dark room. There was a cut in the material of one of the chairs, the curtain was damaged, and the window seal was letting in traffic noise from the street below, and was emitting a hissing sound. There was a smear of what I want to believe was chocolate on the night table. The pillows were very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was noisier than the old in-window air conditioners you see hanging outside an old building. We were exhausted. The hissing of the window seal and the air conditioner prevented us from getting the expected rest we needed to continue on our travels. We tried contacting reception to see if they could do something, but we couldn't reach anyone, so exhausted, we sucked it up and hurried to bed, not willing to wait God knows how long for someone to get us a different room. When we sat for breakfast, the entire family agreed that even though there was a good spread, the quality of the food was substandard. The coffee was horrible, both from the self-serve machines and from the one brought to us in a decanter. The quality and taste were not of a Radisson property and definitely did not meet our expectations.
At check-out, we tried to express our discontent but were quickly told to contact Miguel Braga. Tomas Figueiredo replied that they were undergoing renovation and there was nothing he could do for us. This was unknown to us at booking, and we would have selected another hotel within the same price range had we known.
