Our vacation there was so much fun , it was a comfortable stay and easy acess to the beach

The location was amazing , just a walk to the beach . The staff was extremely helpful . We love that they have events on sight . The pool was so much fun .

Open access for parking. People were parking there without a permit, I paid to stay there and had to park further in the back. My husband’s vehicle was vandalized, he tried to speak to a manager to see about cameras but she was always busy. The room didn’t seem clean when we first got there. Floor felt damp, someone’s dirty sock was stuck in between the couches, someone’s tissue was left under the sink on the floor. My husband went to ask about towels because they only brought us 3 and were a family of 5, and the lady at the front was rude to him. Our room was right by the pool exit on the 1st floor and the door wouldn’t lock. It made me feel a little unsafe with 3 young kids and people could just walk in and out of the hotel without a key.

Pros:

Room was disgusting! We had to change rooms twice after midnight due to roaches. All we were offered was rooms on the same floor just a few doors down from each other. Roaches in the shower and crawling around the TV. All three rooms smelled bad too.

Terrible Experience
Pros:

This hotel is NOT a resort. We usually stay in condos but were excited to try something new. Hotel is very outdated, rooms are very antiquated, the air conditioner is very musty, and the bathrooms are so small, you literally cannot close the door why sitting on the toilet. But the worst was the distance to our waterfront room and walk to the beach. My husband is handicapped (uses a walker) and walking to the beach was unbearable for him, as well as for me, as we are senior citizens. This facility is not for older customers, parking is also a nightmare. We had planned to stay four nights but left after two. We used a third party for our reservations so literally lost $500 as the hotel would not credit us. Terrible nightmare. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Great beach but sadly neglected in every way
Pros:

This hotel has an amazing beach. The food is surprisingly good. However the place is really run down. Our first room had tons of mold on the walls. Shocking amount. All of the doors have water damage. We went to the pool once and it was pretty gross and needing repairs. The photos are not what it looks like. If you just want to hang out on the beach this place works but the smell of decay and crazy amount of work it needs ---I would stay somewhere else next time.

Pros:

I liked the location to beach however I think you should build a deck all way out to beach cause it was super hard to walk in sand

Cleanliness of hotel was dirty the pool didn’t have chlorine there was a diaper in one pool the pool was not climate controlled they were hot. Lack of towels. We had to call several times for towels.
