I will never stay at this hotel or book through booking.com again.

Everything else. Our toilet was clogged the moment we walked in the door and when we called the front desk to have them fix it they told us their maintenance guy went home for the day. It was 3:30pm.
The room said non smoking and it smelled like smoke terribly. We asked for a refund and they said we couldn’t get one because we booked through booking.com. So I will never do that again either. I’m so disappointed. We left immediately and went and purchased a new hotel. So we lost over $200.

Mooi hotel voor onderweg als tussenstop
Pros:

Hotel vlakbij Sal lake city. Hotel heeft late uitchecktijd van 12:00 standaard en tijdens inchecken kan je extra uur bijkopen. Handig voor late vlucht.

Cons:

Veel lawaai van snelweg.

Property is a little dated, some things definitely need updating. I didn’t like the previous customers toenails on the floor of my room, that was kind of gross.

It smelled of mold and the grout was black no blow dryer. The door barely shut. I received no response from staff when I asked to be moved to another room away from the party in the next room

It was a comfortable room, clean, and close to where I wanted to go in Provo.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. Lots of items to choose from. I appreciate the staff changing my room once I arrived so I could have more access to the facility rather than be way at the end of the hotel. I had mistakenly booked a handicapped room, which I didn't need, and it was way at the end of the hotel....not convenient. So, they put me into a wonderful room near the lobby and fitness center. That was perfect!

Cons:

I had a hard time plugging in things to charge up. The plug in the bathroom needs to be updated as I couldn't plug my items to be charged. There were only 2 plugs in the room to use, and they were on the end table. Not very convenient!
