Pros:

Did not try breakfast, every time I needed help at the front desk, there wasn't anyone there.

Cons:

Hotel really needs an elevator, as there is no way to bring luggage in without carrying it up the stairs.

The room and stay was adequate but not excellent. I expected better from Ramada/Wyndam
Pros:

The room was comfortable and quite clean

Cons:

A little bit run down and not maintained. The facial tissues ran out quickly and during breakfast the knives and spoons ran out. The first day several breakfast supplies were out.

Just shows a general lack of interest in providing an excellent experience for customers.

Pros:

Horrible..ruined my vacation...i need tv to sleep. It didnt work. They tried to fix but couldnt. Wouldnt change my room. Did not sleep 2 days....horrible for me 79 years old...life time trip for us.

Pros:

the breakfast was great, need a few more tables to accommodate everyone but the breakfast was good and plenty of variety. The room was comfortable and worked well for us. Good access to get to the main thoroughfare to get to our convention.

She said if I didn’t want to stay there I could leave and when I asked for a refund she refused and when a said that was

The availability on the days I needed to book.

Cons:

The staff was not discreet when she provided my room number and said it out loud when there was a male customer behind me in line to check in, she was unaccommidating, unhelpful, and dismissive. I did not like that there was no room signage in the lobby as to what direction to walk to the rooms and there was no elevators to the second floor to the room the desk clerk put us in and when I asked for directions she was rude and gave the directions in a very confusing and rapid manner, and when I asked for an accommodations to a room on the first floor she refused me service.

The staff and the atmosphere. Hotel yet family homie kinda vibe. I Much recommend this place and sleep in across the way as well. Good location too.
