Not good value for the money. Restaurant staff very nice.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

Front desk staff not helpful. Acted like he fid not want to be there. Did not like when I complained about not really having free breakfast for the three of us as booked.

Good location for visiting Montecello. Hotel staffing levels not really adequate.
Pros:

Convenient for Montecello.

Cons:

Room servicing left a lot to be desired. Our room was not cleaned at all on first day, second day it was cleaned but bed not made.
Swimming pool was empty on first day and full of leaves afterwards

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

Staff was rude.
Front desk gave us room keys to an occupied room.
Room key only worked half of the time(multiple other guests were having the same problem)
No sheets or pillows in room for the sofa bed and when we requested them we received dirty sheets
Was charged $20 for pet fee when it stated on the check out form that there was a $15 pet fee

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel was relatively close to The Downtown Mall, whether yourself or by uber/Lyft. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. They gave the best recommendations for eateries and events!

Cons:

Our keys stopped working our final night in, but the front desk was quick to fix that!

Overpriced
Pros:

Comfortable room and clean facility overall. But way too expensive - we paid $500 for 2 nights and for a hotel that's decent but not in any way extraordinary, that seems overpriced.

Cons:

The location is not great - not walkable. Some parts of the hotel are in need of an update, like the elevators. Breakfast is not included, which would be okay if we weren't paying $250 a night. Our main issue was not the hotel itself, but the value.
