Great place but we would appreciate our money that is due because of date change.
Pros:

Staff was very welcoming. We had dinner there and really enjoyed it. A little pricey but good.

Cons:

Booking.com could have given us the money they owe us from changing our reservation to a different day. We emailed them the information and the rate change but have not received any refund.

Cons:

Our bathroom lighting was horrible. It looked like a nightlight. It was very dark as well as there was nowhere to plug-in a blow dryer or a curling iron in the bathroom.

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. The room was large and comfortable for my husband and I to move about without getting in each other's way. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom large and very clean.

Cons:

As with all hotels, lighting always seems to be insufficient.

Very nice hotel. But the breakfast service was very bad.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and nicely appointed

Cons:

The breakfast service was horrible. They seemed to be understaffed and it took an hour to be served.

Pros:

Clean, fresh, quiet hotel. Comfy bed. 24 hour coffee in the lobby with the fresh grind machines. Good breakfast. And the front desk staff were absolutely so sweet and friendly, both evening and daytime.

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked great. There was a mini fridge and coffee was available in the room. The water pressure was phenomenal! The towels were soft and large.
