It was ok...
Pros:

The lobby was especially nice, and it smelled so good! The location was great—close to everything. I did have an issue with my first room, but Millie at the front desk was awesome! She changed my room without hesitation, and her customer service was exceptional. She was friendly, professional, and made sure the issue was taken care of right away. Good experience overall!

Cons:

The first room I was assigned to had a strange smell, which was a little disappointing. The breakfast was $16, and I felt that it was a bit expensive for what was offered. I also think the hallway rugs on the 2nd and 3rd floors could use some updating. Overall, these are small improvements that could make the experience better.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

Great location. Clean comfortable room. There is a good pizza place and a starbucks in the next parking lot. A 1 minute walk.

Nice place to stay with a welcoming staff
Pros:

The location was perfect for us and we loved the room we stayed in. It was very comfortable. Added bonus a Starbucks is within walking distance. Everyone was very supportive.

Cons:

The pool was nice, but the water wasn’t circulating and it looked like there could be some green on the bottom. A shame since it’s the time of year when the heat causes you to be attracted to a pool.

No what I’m used to with Holiday Inn
Pros:

Front desk rude. Pool filled with mold. You must pay for breakfast so be aware. Phone in room wouldn’t work. Wall mounts on wall for hanging things kept falling off. Could say more but I won’t. Pretty pricey for this establishment.
With that being said I will say the gentleman serving breakfast was awesome!! He was great and the breakfast he prepared was good.
