VIOLATED BY STAFF ENTERING MY SHOWER CUBICLE!!!
Cons:

Half an hour before my taxi to the airport, I took my son (5 year old) for a shower at the gym. When I was in the shower cubicle with my son, the staff member at the gym entered the shower room unnannouced; came to our shower cubicle, looked in and told us to leave. I've never felt so violated at a hotel. My wife took our other son for a shower 10 minutes before in the same place, with no issue. On our way out of the shower room, the staff member was waiting for us - no apology. They were only interested in getting our room number - I assume to charge us for taking a shower, afer I'd spent €000s staying at the hotel. Any guest staying at a hotel should be safe from staff when they are in a shower cubicle or toilet, especially with a young child.

Room size was extra small. Restaurants were very loud (high room with no soft materials), restaurants were very full and often not available at desired times.

Ho prenotato un soggiorno in mezza pensione presso questa struttura. Il giorno del nostro arrivo siamo arrivati in hotel intorno alle 22:00. Prima della partenza mi ero informata telefonicamente per sapere se, arrivando a quell’ora, la cena sarebbe stata comunque garantita, dato che avevo appunto prenotato la mezza pensione. Mi era stato risposto che non sarebbe stata disponibile la cena calda, ma che avremmo comunque avuto una cena fredda.

Proprio per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di non fermarci a mangiare altrove e di arrivare direttamente in hotel. Purtroppo, una volta arrivati, il “pasto” che ci è stato fornito consisteva in un piccolo piattino con un panino, una sola fetta di prosciutto, una sola fetta di formaggio e qualche foglia di rucola.

Ritengo questo servizio assolutamente inadeguato, soprattutto per una struttura a cinque stelle. Avevo chiamato apposta per avere conferma sulla cena e mi era stato detto che sarebbe stata garantita. Quella che ci è stata proposta, però, non può essere considerata una cena. Un’esperienza decisamente deludente.

Indipendentemente da ciò, consiglierei questa struttura e ci ritornerei.

Desconexion de invierno maravillosa

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y volveremos seguro.
Esta vez, nos alojamos en la habitación dúplex fue una sorpresa, tanto la habitación como la zona de la sala son super amplias, la decoración de las habitaciones es exquisita y estaba todo muy limpio. Tiene muchos armarios, lo bastante grandes como para colocar la ropa de 5 personas sin estar apretadas, cada uno con su espacio.
El baño es muy amplio, con bañera y ducha. gran variedad de amenities y un secador de pelo que nada tiene que envidiar al de casa. Además del baño principal dentro de la habitación, teníamos otros 2 aseos.
La terraza de abajo es amplia, con sillas y tendedero. La terraza solárium de arriba es bastante amplia, me sorprendió que tiene una ducha para refrescarse, y el jacuzzi esta protegido con una cristalera, por lo que puedes estar disfrutando del jacuzzi, mientras ves atardecer en el mar. Espectacular! Lo único que las luces de la terraza y del solárium estaban fundidas, y de noche no teníamos luz exterior, aunque con la luz de dentro se veía perfectamente. Los restaurantes de reserva son todos fantasticos; hemos probado el Route 66 y el Italiano. Platos muy ricos y elaborados. Personal muy atento y amable. Es un sitio ideal para ir en familia porque tienen una animacion fantastica para los niños. Esperamos volver!!

Traumhaft - kommen wieder.

Die gesamte Anlage war traumhaft schön, der Ausblick, das Essen ausgezeichnet, sehr nettes Personal. Ruhige Lage.
