Fantastyczne jedzenie.
No i kilka barów.
Halas z sąsiedniego ogromnego kompleksu hotelowego psuł w zasadzie cały dzień i wieczór.
Great pool and facilities
The hotel is decent from a functional and cosmetic perspective, the pools are nice and if you’re lucky you will see some beautiful sunsets. The cleaning staff were friendly and the room was clean.
If you’re opting for half board and or bed and breakfast and plan on eating in the market place restaurant then be aware that the food is very very very sub standard. It is mass produced with little care and no finesse. From inedible fruit, to still frozen apple pies for dessert, and to cap it all off a few cockroaches crawling through the breakfast sandwiches. I wish I was kidding, but sadly I am not. The reception staff could not be less interested in assisting us after we’d tried to make them aware of our dissatisfaction after the meal on our first evening. It is a small wonder that this hotel boasts a five star experience.
If you’re not up for the buffet make sure to book in time for the other restaurants within the property that is of course if their website and booking system is working which it seldom did.
In fairness, the guest experience team tried to make up for the failures by sending is for dinner at the private restaurant only reserved for their “privilege” clientele. The service was excellent but the food was still lacking with very tough steak and an average selection of options off the menu.
Room size, new, clean
We recently stayed at this hotel and, while it is very new and spotlessly clean, the overall atmosphere felt surprisingly cold and soulless. The grounds lack greenery or relaxing outdoor spaces, which made the resort feel more like a large complex than a welcoming family destination.
Unfortunately, the hotel also seems overly focused on rules and restrictions. You have to pre-book dinner times, yet there are still queues to be seated. Children are not allowed in certain pools or the teppanyaki restaurant, and inflatables are banned in the pool — which feels odd for a hotel marketed toward families. Even the water park design was disappointing, as strong cold water jets at the entrance were so powerful they pushed smaller children away from entering.
Service throughout the stay was below what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Many staff members, particularly at reception and in the restaurants, struggled to understand English, making even simple requests difficult. Getting something as basic as an extra napkin felt like an inconvenience, and empty plates were often left on tables until the very end of the meal. No one checked how our stay was going or asked for feedback at any point, which perhaps explains why we left feeling relieved rather than sad to go.
The dining experience was another major disappointment. Breakfast lacked variety and quality, with very basic options throughout. The pancakes were so plain our children would not eat them, juices tasted artificial and flavourless, and coffee could only be fetched from self-service machines. There was no fresh salmon or anything that felt remotely premium — certainly not what you would expect from a 5-star resort.
There were also several frustrating small details that added up over the course of the holiday. Guests are expected to wear wristbands at all times, extra towels were unavailable, and complimentary water in the room was only replenished every second day.
Staff and all amenities, good activities for kids, nightly family -friendly entertainment
We had requested for a double bed but that was not accommodated
