very enjoyable stay
Pros:

lovely stay , can't fault the hotel , beautiful views , lovely rooms that had everything needed . Excellent buffet breakfasts.

Cons:

Hotel is a little remote, a little walk for any shops, but there is a lot of building in the area and I am sure that this will change very soon . Pools did feel a little cold and could do with a bit more heating

Pros:

Todo. Comida muy buena y variada. Personal muy amable y atento. Habitaciones familiares muy buenas. Lo recomiendo. Hotel para familias muy bueno y aún así ambiente tranquilo. Nos gustó

Cons:

Quizás la animación es un poco sosa pero al ir con niño pequeño no la disfrutamos demasiado.

Hotel rewelacyjny. Bardzo wysoki poziom jeśli chodzi o czystość, udogodnienia i wygodę. Super pokoje z dużym tarasem i wygodnymi krzesłami. Wszędzie czysto, wygodne łóżka, kawa/herbata, minibar. Fajne baseny z dość ciepłą wodę (mogłaby być ciut cieplejsza dla dzieci w chłodniejsze miesiące / marzec). Miła i pomocna obsługa.
Jedzenie smaczne, dobry wybór potraw / przekąsek / napojów. Nie korzystałem z restauracji innych niż główna/Central Market.
Wygodny parking podziemny, choć miejsce do parkowania można również znaleźć w okolicy.

A peacful, nice place for holiday
Pros:

It was so peaceful and nice. The variety of food was really good. Most of the staff were so nice. There were a woman staff in the bar who was so nice and energetic and made every kind of cocktail with awsome taste. Room was really comfortable. The atmosphere was mostly suitable for chilling and using the pools. It has mostly relaxed vibe, not young busy bars and not good nightlife.

Cons:

I needed a relax atmosphere. But if someone is looking for interesting night events and energetic vibe is not a good option.

We had a really nice and relaxing stay, lovely room, great staff, nice food and super location
Pros:

We stayed in a prestige room for 9 days. the rooms are spacious and well laid out. Breakfast in the prestige lounge was lovely and, even though I am dairy free and eat no meat but fish, there was plenty of choice in the main buffet restaurant. This restaurant is very large and quite noisy at times and the hot food was mostly lukewarm but very tasty.
The food in the Prestige restaurant was very nice and offered some choice for myself, the Japanese restaurant again is excellent but has the same menu every day. The choice and food in the Italien restaurant was a bit disappointing for myself. Service was always excellent and all the staff are very friendly.
I really liked that all the outdoor pools were heated and warm enough to swim in March. The views from both infinity pools are stunning.

Cons:

We liked the hotel so much that we were thinking of booking another long stay next year. We loved the room we had which was east facing and had a larger corner balcony but we were told that that could not guarantee the same room or similar even if we rebooked now and they also would not guarantee a room of the same side of the hotel! On the west side you could hear the music of the opposite Hard Rock Hotel which, while it was not too loud , is something we would not appreciate on holiday. So unfortunate we won't be returning despite thoroughly enjoying our stay.
It is also a bit strange having to plan all meals by booking a slot on the app but it obviously avoids any queues in the restaurants.
The general information was that the use of the spa facilities was included in the prestige rooms but this is limited to an hour a day. This is not really a problem but for myself who chooses to swim and move in warm water due to mobility problems twice daily while on holiday, I would have liked to know in advance. Fortunately the outdoor pools were warm enough and the weather was reasonable.

Неймовірний готель, все на вищому рівні!
Pros:

Дуже гарний готель. Все чисто, красиво і доглянуто. Відчувається, що тут все добре організовано і продумано до деталей. Персонал привітний, атмосфера приємна, перебувати тут було дуже комфортно. Ідеальне місце для відпочинку — обов’язково хотілося б повернутися ще раз.

Zeer mooi en verzorgd hotel
Pros:

Heel mooi hotel met prachtige kamer (daksuite). Uitgebreid buffet met voldoende variatie en zeer lekker eten. Leuk kinderzwembad met genoeg comfortabele ligzetels.

Cons:

Bij minder weer niet zo veel te doen met jonge kinderen. Het speeltuintje was niet zo groot en niet erg geschikt voor kinderen jonger dan 3 jaar. Miniclub pas vanaf 4 jaar.
Voor de All-in formule misten we soms wel wat snacks overdag, zoals ijsjes, aperitiefhapjes, etc.
