Location was great for where i needed to go.
The location and the cleanliness
Being asked for my room number when my family and I returned to the hotel after the viewing of my loved one that passed, then we got up to the room and our keys didn't work to open the doors, and the next night the same thing happened.
The staff have to be more educated
Too expensive
No hot tub , breakfast very limited and not free, facilities dated and not in the best repair.
The hot tube is not working and it’s being advertised.

The hot tub didn’t work, which was the main reason we book this hotel, the bed frames were wired and you couldn’t sit on the end of the bed or it would flip up. The breakfast was the same everyday, and not that great.

Cleanliness and friendly staff
We originally booked only because of their indoor pool which was advertised but Their pool area wasn’t working correctly and they didn’t compensate us for either night we stayed there.
Nice and cozy good service clean
A couple of things one we are smokers and it is a non smoking facility ao we have to smoke in the car or in their designated smoking area. HOWEVER, it was raining and the night clerk made us feel extremely uncomfortable. He came out and stared a couple of times called security and asked security to ask us when we were going to check in. Mind you we've already checked in at 3pm. This happened the entire stay. The floor we were on had a stench between mold and dog. The ceiling caved in which isnt their fault. I gave a 3 because there was one bartender who played as our personal photographer...loved that... i honestly feel we paid too much for this room. From what is advertised I expected a full bar and there is no such thing as breakfast.
We accidentally booked this property, long story, but decided to go ahead with the stay. If you are a light sleeper definitely DO NOT recommend. Its just off the freeway and all I heard all night was big trucks and sirens. When we booked, we paid extra for breakfast but it really wasn't any different from the free breakfast that most hotels provide. I will say the staff was friendly but we wouldn't stay there again especially for almost $200 for one night
