Staff were really friendly, room was really clean and breakfast was good.
Noise from function room as our room was directly above the outside doors, bed was quite hard.
When we first arrived at the hotel,
staff at the front desk were very friendly and gave all the information you would need. Also helped with how to get discounted parking.
The room we had booked were fine initially, and happy with all the facilities. It was also in a good location. We were going to the comic con so the hotel was in a very good location considering the distance we had to drive. Breakfast was lovely too.
On the day we were leaving, my husband went to the toilet in the morning and stepped on a piece of glass. This made us quite unhappy as our son had been playing around on the floor and it could just as easily have happened to him. We made the acting manager aware of this and were assured that someone would contact us regarding this matter as they couldn't do anything at that moment.
It has now been 4 weeks exactly since we visited this hotel and have we heard anything ? Not a word. So what started out as quite a decent trip turned into something rather sour at the end. I cannot recommend this hotel at all. God forbid anything else happens to other guest because the hotel certainly do not care.
Facilities were quite nice but not worth stepping in glass over.
Aberdeen dyce hotel need to get their affairs in order if they think it's okay for guest to step in glass and leave it at that. What a joke.
Been a couple of times everything great but breakfast
can be a hit or a miss, staff are good they go above
And beyond to make sure everything is fine for you
Just the breakfast it can be great sometime then really not so good other times
The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean.
The perfume being pumped throught the hotel, even in the swimming pool. Not good when you have allergies to perfume.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel inside and out.
Location ok, not great for getting about on public transport as it is a fifteen to twenty minute walk to either a bus stop or train station. Which if you have mobility issues is not great. No jacuzzi or steam room at the leisure centre.
Loved the pool facilities. The breakfast and dinner cannot fault. Good value for money for sure.
Loved the building style. Felt very elegant
Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room was not working very well, making it a bit stifling when we were in the room. Had we have been staying longer we would have raised it with staff. It seems a bit outdated and noisy and not very effective at all
