Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Very pleasant experience
Pros:

I enjoyed a very nice stay at the Dyce. Close to Aberdeen airport and with a swimming pool and sauna, the hotel is a good place to relax overnight before a flight. Good choice of food in the restaurant too, and Queen who brought my meal was very friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying again on my future travels.

Nice hotel but deposit system did not work
Pros:

Nice large room with comfortable bed. Nice bar area for a drink.

Cons:

You’ve to pay a £25 deposit which is fine but I didn’t get mine back. Phoned several times just to be told it wasn’t sitting on their system and to phone my bank. Phoned my bank and they told me there was nothing pending. Phoned back the hotel but nothing they could do apparently. Doubt I would stay again for this reason alone as the hotel and staff on duty were nice otherwise.

Great meal out
Pros:

Hi , we booked a meal in the restaurant and had a lovely time. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and there was a lovely atmosphere.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Staff were superb and room was lovely and big.Restaurant meal was lovely too.

Cons:

The only slight issue was the heating in the room. It was a bit noisy and didnt really heat the room up as much as you would hope.
