The cleanest hotel I have stayed in. The hotel had the most friendliest and the most helpful of staff. The pool staff were very knowledgeable, and told me the temperature of the water and explained how the sauna worked. My friend and I stayed from the Friday leaving on the Monday we found the meals and drinks were very tasty and well priced. The owner, Gavin was exceptional and very courteous working hard along with his staff. I will definitely be staying again . Thank you for making my stay perfect 👌
There was nothing I didn't like
Great service
Excellent location with easy commute.
No complaints
Great for families, the rooms are well laid out.
Pool is a great size, especially for family with younger children. It can get busy which means you have to book in.
Restaurant is fantastic, great atmosphere and the staff are brilliant.
Nothing - only thing to keep in mind is you have to pay to park, but this is discounted.
Really lovely well presented hotel very clean & comfortable with nice atmosphere
Nothing negative to mention as we really enjoyed our stay
Welcoming staff, nice breakfast, clean room
Parking charges
Everything was perfect..was a great stay and way to celebrate our youngests birthday
Not of anyone's fault. Being next to the pool and the noise.but we managed to get a good night's sleep!
Beautiful hotel on the inside, was a bit worried when we arrived and seen tbe outside as its not very nice on tbe outside. But the rooms are big and clean, lovely warm swimming pool, beautiful food at the restaurant and the decor inside is stunning!
The only thing that I didnt like was the fact that we had to pay for parking.
Staff were friendly, room was nice & spacious, good powerful shower. Swimming pool was nice and breakfast was good.
Bed wasnt the comfiest in my opinion. Could feel all the springs and pillows were very soft. There wasnt a hairdryer in the room as stated in the facilities so had to go to reception to request one. Swimming pool woild benefit from a jacuzzi.
