Entrance door broken. Dinner only served in bar. Breakfast staff very unhelpful and grumpy.

Pool changing rooms could do with an update and a deep clean. Witnessed one senior member of staff having a go at the chef at breakfast. Should have been done in private and perhaps not so sternly!

Great room , very comfortable bed , room nice and quiet , tea , coffee good and aways topped up , pool was excellent as was the food , absolutely no complaints , if we are ever back up that way we will definitely be looking to stay here , the staff were very professional and friendly , nothing was to much trouble

Not being able to open door fully as room was like an oven on arrival and even with heating on cool was too hot

Nice hotel, room clean and spacious. staff very friendly and helpful , good big car park which is reasonably priced to use.
Room was on ground floor with frosted window looking into the swimming pool therefore no actual window to look out of or open. Room smelled of chlorine from swimming pool which I didn’t mind but might bother some people. Room was also noisy very early (at least 8am) from people at the pool.
