Tienen q priorizar los cuando las personas se quejan por algo que no funciona en las acotaciones

Está ves nos quedamos en holy por las piscinas

Cons:

Antes las abittaciones eran muy cómodas esta ves que nos alojamos pusimos compley por la puerta para ver al mar y nunca la arreglaron y la abitacion olía muy mal se supone que nos alojamos en un cuarto de inválidos con más frecuencia deberían priorizar esas abiataciones !!

Nice staff. Great location. Rooms are in need of updating.

Really loved the location and and parking availability.

Cons:

We were celebrating birthdays and I requested an oceanfront suite. I was told at check in no suite was available so I was given 2 separate rooms (not adjoining). It was not ideal.

Pros:

We generally stay at this hotel and love it. Looks like they were fixing to do some renovations which is needed. But will likely stay here whenever we go to the beach. The 3 pools are a plus for my son who is part fish I am pretty sure

IF YOU WANT CHILL VIBES AND VACATION! THIS IS THE PLACE SERIOUSLY 🙌
Pros:

10/10 besides the bar downstairs. The bald bartender was rude to his staff and customers. He also and I mean this DID NOT PUT ALCOHOL IN OUR DRINKS. Wife and I ordered 2 big drinks! I dont drink... A bloody Mary does a lil something usually when I was drinking i chugged it and my wife's full drink! 0 nothing. Its not possible plus I watched him short change us and just didn't say anything.
10/10 every single aspect of this Hotel.
THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND LET US CHECK IN AT 10 AM AND LEAVE AT NOON! ITS HANDS DOWN THE BEST NON HILTON HOTEL THERE FOR GOOD VIBES. JUST STAY CLEAR OF BALD OLDER BARTENDER. his vibe is no Bueno lol!

Nothing there 9/10 instead of 10/10 of something really they had no control over! I just want others to know!

Disappointing service and cleanliness for pricepoint
Pros:

The location is very convenient. Being able to walk out of the hotel onto the boardwalk and beach makes it so much easier to visit the ocean with a toddler.

Cons:

We arrived 3 hours after check in time to find out our room wasn’t ready. The man at the front desk was extremely nonchalant about the entire situation. He told us it would be about twenty minutes and he would notify us, but he never called us over. We had to ask someone else for an update. Housekeeping also only came to our room once for the entire stay. They didn’t clean or make the beds; they only replaced towels. We had even asked the front desk to send housekeeping to our room, but they never came that day.

Awesome Vacation
Pros:

Housekeeping was amazing and everything was so clean!! Breakfast was also really good. My kids loved it and they are picky eaters! Lots of things for kids to do. Absolutely amazing!!
