Pros:

Enjoyed cleanliness and kid's activities. Our grandson really enjoyed.

It felt overpriced for the quality but our stay was ok.
Pros:

The location was pretty good. The outside pool on the beach side was a plus. The breakfast bar was very good.

Cons:

The windows were fogged up and the balcony door opened really hard. The inside pool would have been a lot nicer if it was a little opened to the outside so it wasn't quite so hot in there. Same with the outside pool bar. Tiki bars should feel a little more open to the elements since you are there for the beach and the vibe. When you are paying a large amount for a room you shouldn't have to pay extra to park also.

Disappointed
Pros:

The property was overbooked, which resulted in an upgrade from an ocean-view room to an oceanfront room. However, our room configuration was changed from two queen beds to one king bed with a sofa bed, which was less suitable for our needs.

To make matters worse, the front desk staff was rude and demonstrated poor customer service throughout our interaction, leaving a very negative impression of the overall experience.

Kids Resort!
Pros:

We had an amazing time at what we call the “kids resort”. Very family friendly and John at the front desk was super helpful. We will be coming back for sure.

3 striving for 4, fantastic service
Pros:

It's a 3 star hotel striving for 4. For what one's paying, it's location, the pools, service, it was wonderful. The hotel employees are very kind and welcoming. Such as Sherrifa and Monica( I believe). Levi was prompt, skilled, a pleasure, when he had to help multiple people in succession. Thank you for the stay but it was the service and their attitudes that made it great.

We got a newly renovated room.
Ground floor, right in the beach

Cons:

Reservation with booking.com included breakfast. But on arrival they only provided us with 2 vouchers per day (we had 5 people). Breakfast was no more than a regular continental breakfast that would usually be included in any hotel stay. The hotel charges 20$ per person for an unexceptional meal.
Bathroom was small and cramped.
Sliding door to patio was extremely difficult to open and close and took 2 people to lock.

Pros:

Overall stay was very good. Would stay there only with children.
Pros:

Loved the location if you want to be away from downtown. Beach was not as crowded. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Ice machines did not work on our floor or the one below us. Elevator to go to the 7th floor which we requested is only 1 available and is sooo slow. Parking garage was across the road and difficult to park on a busy weekend.

Pros:

Love the pools and the quit staying at this hotel

Cons:

This year the hotel was very disappointing we’ve stay here last years with no complaints this year WiFi didn’t work in rooms switched rooms and still didn’t work wall paper was coming off walls couldn’t get clean room towels until 5pm just wasn’t worth the new charge to stay here
