Loved being able to walk right on to the beach everyday!!
Pros:

Likeed the location to the ocean and our granddaughter loved the pools

Cons:

We did not have internet service in our room.
The shower did not drain very well
And room was pretty dated.

We had a lovely week.
Pros:

its location right by the sea . Mr. Berke, the receptionist, is truly an excellent person. From the moment we arrived until we checked out, he took care of everything—whether it was room cleanliness or parking. Every facility needs an employee like Mr. Berke.

Cons:

The most ridiculous thing about the place: paying for a package that includes breakfast for four people, only to have two of them admitted when you go down to eat, while the other two are told they have to pay for breakfast all over again? 🤔 How absurd and nonsensical.

Att man bara fick frukost för 2 trots att vi var 4 personer. Borde ingå för alla i sällskapet. Konstigt att bara två i samma rum äter frukost och de andra två inte alls.

The proximity to the beach was great.

Cons:

Overall the hotel staff and especially the resturant staff were inattentive. The buffet breakfast was terrible, the French toast was cold, danish was stale. Food area not that clean. Had to get up from the table to find a waiter for coffee and glass of water. Long wait for a table.

Nice location
Pros:

Location, pools & beach access.

Cons:

My booking was for 2 rooms with pool view but we had the entrance & check in area view. Pools were dirty. Staff in hallways didn't even speak unless I spoke first. Restaurant prices pretty high. Our safe didn't work none room & we waited 2 days before someone showed up right before we checked out. Gone down hill since our stay last Aug.

The pool was not kept very clean on the deck area by water dirty toilet tissue bandaids etc
Safety , our room keys were programmed to another party and they walked in our room .

The square whale is truly the only thing nice about this property.
Pros:

Only thing I really enjoyed and had a good experience with was the square whale restaurant. The employees there are SO NICE, and accommodating.

Cons:

Bathroom inside room is SO small, with double doors? What?! That was super annoying. Literally was doing circles bc you bump into everything.
The room was mid, beds are firm. Pillows were great. We stayed 5 nights and was over flowing with trash bc housekeeping NEVER came. There was trash sitting in the hallways bc I’m assuming others had the same issue. We never received fresh towels.
The location is terrible. It’s at the north end away from everything. It’s truly not worth the money you pay. You should just pay extra and stay at your first pick.
