We did not enjoy it at all and the most terrible experience we have ever had in a hotel. Scandalous service. We stayed 4 nights and no one ever came to clean or change the towels despite notifying them several times and every day. The hotel is dirty and noisy. No one told us that the hotel was undergoing renovations and that there were 2 outdoor pools, one was closed and the other was open but it was as dirty as the indoor pool. I paid for 4 nights with breakfast included for me and my family but they told us that only 2 people were included and for the other 3 I had to pay. A terrible and dirty hotel and I will never come to this hotel again.

The grounds were beautiful. The room was clean and the pool was very nice although not heated.

Cons:

The hallway was freezing. The room was drafty from the door and the balcony. It was hard to keep the room warm and we had to ask for extra blankets.

Pros:

After a long ride, I was exhausted and had a few bumps on the way, but I was greeted with a smile, and the check-in process was amazing because of the front desk person I believe her name isTottyana. This started out my stay on a Great note and exactly what I needed after the experience I had on my way to Virginia Beach. I will highly recommend the hotel because of the welcoming attitude I was given.

We booked two rooms with double queen beds we get there and they give us two single king room for for my family of 8 so they comp us a rooom the one room has no hot water they tell me to let the water run while we go out to dinner and the room floods the heated indoor pool was freezing I've stayed here many times before this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had anywhere

Worth a Try , but in renovation
Pros:

I made plans and reservations to stay at this location.
Reception was really nice and helpful. The hotel is currently going through some updates, I would suggest parking on the second floor of the parking garage it feels safer than first floor.
Our room was not bad, but definitely outdated, coffee machine made good coffee but the sugar and creamer packets were hard to. Would recommend making coffee at the lobby.
I reserved a suite with ocean view, and while I got my ocean view we ended up with two double beds ... which we hated it was just us 2.
Balcony door in the bedroom kept getting stuck and almost felt like you would pull a muscle trying to open and close it.
But it was amazing having the ocean view and the sound of the waves. Living room couch was a bit uncomfortable but eh just watch tv in bed and you'll be fine.
Breakfast while it isn't included you get it for a small fee which I paid ahead, but the waiter at breakfast seemed a bit annoyed to be working.
Overall not bad, it was decently clean, no bad smells, indoor pool is decent. Would stay here again but would probably wait for renovations to be done.

Room was ADA room with very low toilet, while my husband is 6'1". Heat didn't work properly in the room. Hallways were extremely cold and we could not enjoy the indoor pool because of it. There was no restaurant or hot tub as advertised. Kids in room near us were running and stomping up and down the halls. TV lost signal constantly. Couldn't enjoy view of the ocean because windows were so dirty. I rate the hotel -10!!!!!
