Room was ADA room with very low toilet, while my husband is 6'1". Heat didn't work properly in the room. Hallways were extremely cold and we could not enjoy the indoor pool because of it. There was no restaurant or hot tub as advertised. Kids in room near us were running and stomping up and down the halls. TV lost signal constantly. Couldn't enjoy view of the ocean because windows were so dirty. I rate the hotel -10!!!!!
The indoor pool had a great design.
We love this location. Staff are friendly. The hotel needs a little updating, nothing major. The pools could be cleaned a little better. Elevators weren't too slow... It was a great stay.
The pools could use some cleaning. The new showers were nice, need a little foot step for ladies to shave.

Main pool (near lobby) was dirty. Water was cloudy.
Ordered a cocktail at poolside bar. Contained no alcohol. Paid $14 for slushy coconut juice.
Bartender very obviously ignored my Latina friend who wanted to order a cocktail., while being friendly to the blonde ladies who came in after her. Extremely rude and absolutely unacceptable behavior.
The room was very clean and spacious! The balcony view of the ocean was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pools were a great temperature. Check in was a breeze. We especially like being at the end of the boardwalk because there are so few people. The Hampton Roads Trolley stops right in front of the hotel so we were able to take that to restaurants and shops.
The only ice machine that we found in working order was on the first floor. This was frustrating considering we were staying on floors 3 & 4. The people below us were smoking marijuana in the room non-stop and our room absolutely stunk from it. The smell made my young kid nauseated.

Breakfast voucher that only for parents and kids in some specific age. in the description they specify breakfast included with room booked and they asked for kids ages but once you go there they will tell you the voucher only for parent and younger kids,so we have no other options just to pay for my 14,13 and they charge us 57$ for two kids and they add gratuity fee.its ridiculous

Staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful on several occasions. Pools were great for family.
parking for only one car. Booked a room for 6 persons and had two cars. Hotel could only accomodate one car and had to pay to park other car seven blocks away. Sliding doors on balcony were extremely hard to open, one was stuck, tracks need cleaning and oiling.
We liked where they had 3 pools. The location was nice and it was quieter on the beach.
They didn’t have my room that I booked available, I was told we would have a king room with a sofa bed we did not. They kept telling me to check back the next day to see if availability was available. It never was. Room was very small.
