Awesome place
Pros:

Our overall experience was wonderful. Everybody was warm, welcoming, kind, and very attentive to our knees. The rooms were clean. The food was delicious. The swimming pools were great. The view was beautiful and I really enjoyed my stay here with my family.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Excellent Stay
Had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn North Beach. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the amenities were great, and parking was super convenient — right there and easy to access.
But the real highlight was John at the front desk. He was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Honestly, he alone made the stay memorable. The entire staff followed his lead — everyone was friendly and attentive throughout our visit.
Highly recommend this hotel. We’ll definitely be back!

Pros:

John at the front desk made our arrival a great experience. We came in late and exhausted, but his warm, welcoming attitude immediately put us at ease. He was accommodating, kind, and made us feel truly valued from the start. Thank you, John!

Everything was fine except hot tub.
Pros:

The room was acceptable. Pool area was acceptable, besides hot tub not working. Lobby was clean.

Cons:

The hot tub was broken. We picked this specific hotel because we wanted to hang out there. The door on the shower was not on the hinge, making it awkward to shower.

Pros:

Nice balcony, nice pool area, good location on boardwalk. Nice size room with living area/like two rooms.

Got charged for breakfast when I paid threw booking.com for 5 people for free breakfast couldn't use the washer or dryer cause employees were bringing there cloths in and washing them got charged 40 dallars a night for security deposit didnt know about got charger for parking 10 dallars a day was put in room 433 couldn't sleep at all cause ac on ground was loud only stayed 1 day and a half and left will not go back told my concerns to front desk got nowhere even email general manager ever even emailed me back should of getting a full refund vacation was ruining even got a case threw booking.com waiting for there reply back to me

We did not enjoy it at all and the most terrible experience we have ever had in a hotel. Scandalous service. We stayed 4 nights and no one ever came to clean or change the towels despite notifying them several times and every day. The hotel is dirty and noisy. No one told us that the hotel was undergoing renovations and that there were 2 outdoor pools, one was closed and the other was open but it was as dirty as the indoor pool. I paid for 4 nights with breakfast included for me and my family but they told us that only 2 people were included and for the other 3 I had to pay. A terrible and dirty hotel and I will never come to this hotel again.

Pros:

The grounds were beautiful. The room was clean and the pool was very nice although not heated.

Cons:

The hallway was freezing. The room was drafty from the door and the balcony. It was hard to keep the room warm and we had to ask for extra blankets.
