Nice accommodation but day club and noisy attracting younger crowd.
Pros:

Amazing location, right in the heart of Canggu!! Exactly what we needed after a very remote retreat for 5 days. The hotel was exactly as described, if not slightly nicer especially amongst the pool/dining area.
Room well equipped and self sufficient.
Staff very accommodating and friendly.
Free 20 min massage for each guest, and an array of activities in the week.
Great breakfast!

Cons:

From pulling into the street, it became more and more apparent this was more than a ‘hotel’…. This was a day club. There was a DJ blasting heavy beats around the pool, and our room was just above him. It definitely attracts the younger generation who want to party.
I can’t deal with loud music, and we’re in our honeymoon, so instantly regretted booking the hotel (more our preference than fault of the hotel) and upon reading I was worried about noise all night. My husband and I decided to explore Canggu all day and go out for food and drinks at a beach bar, before returning at midnight. I was delighted that the DJ had finished and the pool was empty and quiet (which contradicts other reviews so appreciate the hotel for this).
We slept well, but there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in our bedding. Not sure if it was from the launderette or someone outside smoking but I do think it was on the bedding itself (we don’t smoke).

We checked out after 1 night, but again, more our preference than fault of the hotel. If you’re after a bit of fun and nightlife, this is a great option! Wish I was 10 years younger!!

There are no questions to the staff - thank you to them for returning the money for unused days when I decided to leave!

Please note that the hotel has a day pass to the pool, music plays during the day and strangers come to hang out under your windows - it’s impossible to relax! It's like you're in a beach club. This is not stated anywhere! No privacy.
There is no soundproofing in the rooms at all: it’s like you’re on the street. You can hear what the neighbors say and do. There are people making noise, laughing, talking by the pool even at night. The staff and security did not react at all (((I was forced to leave ahead of schedule - terrible!

location and breakfast was sensational. In Fact food was so good, i kept on ordering from you guys when i should have been exploring the food scene in Cangu

staff were amazing, we have stayed before and good sing that staff have been retained.

i really liked the lady at front desk..think she was the one that met us atarrival...very calm and friendly and extremely professional.

Cons:

Towels and bathroom products
Towels need to be cleaner/maybe it was the humidity and colour, but just felt sticky

Also the products- maybe trying to be too organic, but they felt very oily and coconutty, but wanted to feel like they would soap up and clean.

A bit trivial, but that is my honest feedback
