Spacious apartment & great breakfast
Pros:

Lovely spacious apartment and great breakfast. Meal in the hotel restaurant was great and the staff were super friendly. Good secure bike storage.

Gebäude und Außenanlagen sind sehr schön gestaltet und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Das Zimmer war ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Die Aufteilung der beiden Einzelbetten war ungewöhnlich - mittig vor dem einzigen Nachttisch - und damit in den Raum hinein, was den Platz vor dem Bett deutlich verkleinerte.
Das Zimmer wurde über booking zur Einzelbelegung für € 89 angeboten. Ich hatte für 2 Personen gebucht (€ 130) und nachdem ich auf Einzelbelegung verändern musste, Betrug der Preis € 114. Warum die Differenz bei gleichem Sachverhalt.

Enttäuscht, da der äußere Eindruck nicht zu den inneren Werten passt.

Lage und generelles Ambiente sind gut

Cons:

Nicht sauber, Lampen zum Teil defekt, Dusche verkalkt, simple Ausstattung, die nicht zum Äußeren Erscheinungsbild des Hotels passt. Frühstück eher einfach. Nur simpler Filterkaffee.

Preis zu hoch, schmuddelig und fehlende transparente Darstellung des Appartment im Internet

Gute Lage, schöner Hof

Cons:

Schmuddelig, besonders unterm Bett, die Fußleisten und Steckdosen könnten dringend mal wieder Staubgeputzt werden. Die Küchenausstattubg war spartanisch. Traurig, dass es noch nicht mal einen neuen spüllappen gab, sondern nur einen gebrauchten. Badezimmertüre konnte nur sehr schwer geschlossen werden. Auch die Türe vom wohn/Schlafzimmer. Die Homepage hat das Appartment nicht gezeigt. Negativ überraschend war auch, dass es im Erdgeschoss war und alle vom gegenüber liegenden Haus rein schauen konnten. Vorhänge waren nicht blickdicht und da das Appartment vor Ankunft nicht gelüftet wurde, war es mit den Rolladen nur noch stickig. Im Gesamtpaket viel zu teuer.

Pros:

Lage hat uns gut gepasst, der Hof an sich ist idyllisch, Personal sehr nett, Frühstück und Betten ok

Cons:

leider nicht ganz sauber, es gibt keine gute Verdunkelung vor den Fenstern, Möbel gewürfelt, insgesamt wurde lange nicht mehr renoviert

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut. Das erste Zimmer wäre ca 12 m2 groß gewesen. Keinerlei Vorwarnung auf eine Hochzeit direkt im Hof 15 Meter neben meinem Fenster. Keine Doppelbetten, nur knüppelhart und zusammen geschoben mit Holzkante in der Mitte. 25 Minuten einchecken, weil die Rezeption überfordert war. Dafür aber alle nett und lieb.

Sehr zentral, schöne Zimmer
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind schön und gemütlich. Es gab keinen Teppichboden ist also allergikerfreundlich. Es war super ruhig trotz Lage an der Straße. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist toll. Wir hatten kein Frühstück. Haben das Buffet aber gesehen. Es sah alles sehr lecker aus. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir konnten im hof parken.
