Pros:

Liked that it didn’t feel over crowded, when we asked a housekeeper to help change our sheets the late afternoon on the second day she was able to come by right away.

Cons:

Pictures online of property are not accurate. We chose property due to ratings however didn’t experience the same.
Arriving late in the evening & tired after traveling, the Tv didn’t work and the AC cooling was inconsistent causing us to wake up when it got warm and getting up to cool the room several times throughout the night. When it cooled, it was too cold but would warm up again on its own, The bed and pillows are very firm. No drinking water in the rooms. For a 3 night stay for 2, asked for towels. Not sure why HK didn’t make it on the second day as promised.

The room was beautiful I really enjoyed my stay wish I booked longer the handicap accessible world was immaculate very accessible everything was great the soap the lotion the ironing board microwave refrigerator the couch I really enjoyed myself

Amazinggggggg, just not amazing enough to double pay. I love this place and will always stay!

I was really please with the cleanliness of the hotel and wonderful greetings from the staff when I stayed once before I believe her name was Nicole. She was amazing when I stayed on September 7. I was greeted by a nice gentleman. It was assisted, but I was charged twice.

Ok for a night but not happy with parking charge

Keep looking, don’t settle for this place.

It was just okay, typical hotel.

Cons:

Advertised a pool, and it’s closed or well according to the staff “under construction”. — 7.00 for a parking a night.. in the hotel parking lot…. Breakfast was good but pancake maker was down and all of us guests were quite upset about it collectively. — Hotel could’ve been cleaner as well. I wouldn’t stay here again. Not the worst but there is definitely so much better.

Good for the night, be prepared to pay $8 to park though.
Pros:

close to Dr. appt. room was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Was surprised to be charged $8 for parking! I mean it’s a hotel you have to travel to, you should be able to at least park for free.
