The breakfast was the only positive thing there.
I found a can of tobacco on the floor in my room. Bed sheets had stains on them. Outlets did not work after the first day. No pool lights. Pool was dirty after storm. Pool seems like it’s falling apart. Elevators took turns being out of service. Vending machine was out of service. Each hallway had its own temperature.
I loved that everyone one was nice and accommodating
The pool needed to be cleaned but it was enjoyable
Quiet, clean, friendly staff
That they knocked on my door and told me check out time was at 11am when it says 12pm
Onsite restaurant, outdoor pool, friendly staff, especially the young man running the bar/restaurant
Location is in a very busy area, no restaurants nearby except in the hotel.
It is in a very convenient area. Staff were very friendly.
Honestly, for what it was worth and what for how long I needed the room for was spot on. The area looks a little skeptical but it was actually pleasant and easy to get around.
What I didn’t like about the property was the Breakfast options. It’s in a very cute area but with a very small selection and if you’re not a pork eater they did not have any other meat options.

Dinner in restaurant wasn’t very good. Brought salads but no silverware or dressing. Ordered Monterey Chicken but brought Chicken Sandwich instead, was late so ate it anyway. Food was okay but not great. Shower wall had a big crack recently filled with caulk, looked ugly.
I decided not to eat breakfast and I was concerned about the cleanliness of the floors and bathroom.
The bathroom floor wasn't clean, the bath tub was broken and had a loose faucet.
That we could find a room at short notice. This was an unexpected and unwelcome overnight stay in Richmond following our flight being delayed and rerouted from JFK. The complimentary breakfast was good.
There was a strong ammonia like smell in both rooms ...and in one room the sheets had been put on the bad while still damp meaning that my son and his wife felt it necessary to sleep on the floor. We arrived very late to the hotel and they felt it too late, by the time they discovered the sheets, to ask to move rooms.
I did not eat the breakfast. The staff was professional and accommodating.
The bed was too soft. Not very comfortable.
