Great value for money in a fabulous location.
Pros:

We've stayed a lot at this hotel when on business. It's in a great spot, close to the Metro, easy to get everywhere, a convenience store next door along with restaurants around the corner.

Cons:

Some of the rooms are looking a little tired but overall, the hotel is great value for money. It would be nice if the breakfast had a few more American options but I guess that may be up to the lack of european clientele.

Great rooms, great location and well priced, what more could you want.
Pros:

We love staying here when in Hangzhou. The room was huge and very well appointed. The bed was really comfortable. It's a great location with other eating options around the corner and a convenience store next door. All the staff were super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

A few more western options at breakfast would be great.

Everything was very “off”. TV wouldn’t work unless the lights were on, lobby was a mess, signs were strange… I felt like I was in a 2-star hotel in a 2nd tier city in China. Too expensive also for what i got
