Honestly, I didn't like anything about this property.

Our experience started off poorly because the receptionist was rude and didn't provide us with any helpful information during check-in. Throughout our stay, no one came to clean our room or replace the towels or bed linens. We also noticed that other guests received a welcome care package, but we never received one.

The breakfast was another major disappointment. There was very little variety, and my kids ended up eating only toast because there weren't many appealing options.

Overall, our stay did not meet our expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Clean, Comfortable, Met Expectations
Pros:

Good location. Near a lot of restaurants & stores, many within walking distance. It was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable. Hallways and elevators were clean. It was pretty much the standard you would expect from this kind of hotel.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind at the moment.

My stay was short but would probably stay again
Pros:

The location was good. The food that was left tasted fine

Cons:

The food available was minimal in that it started at 6:30 am and was pretty picked over by 7 am.

Quick, clean and comfy.
Pros:

We were only there for one night but after traveling from Spokane to Seattle and back again within 36 hours, this place felt like heaven.
