A great choice to vis BA
Pros:

The location is really good. The apartment is fairly basic but the building has a nice gym , 2 pools -1 indoor 1 outdoor , a Sauna and a laundry . A great fridge freezer in the kitchen .

Cons:

The kitchen could be a bit better equipped.

Pros:

Excellent location close to dozens of fantastic restaurants in a quiet area. Response time from the team was very good and they were nice enough to let me check in early when the airline canceled my afternoon flight and forced me to take a morning one. Lighting was excellent unlike some apartments and hotels which are poorly lit. Building management was quick to change batteries for automated doorlock.

Cons:

Apartment was very simply decorated, there was no decoration in the bedroom. The large bedroom sofa needs more cushions to be comfortable. There was no microwave in the kitchen, although it was in the listing There was a problem with the remote control for the television, it worked very slowly, sometimes needing 5 seconds to change a channel or a setting..

Good Apartment in a nice neighborhood. Staff were attentive.
Pros:

Location was OK, but needed a taxi to go anywhere. Size of property was nice. Comfy Bed.

Place Where Money Is All That Matters
Pros:

he facilities are fine, the apartment is comfortable, although the door to my bathroom was broken. I believe the location is the best part. However, I was very disappointed with them. I wrote to ask for help because I had an urgent family situation and it was likely that I wouldn’t be able to travel. My father was hospitalized in critical condition, and he eventually passed away. I was able to travel to visit my brother, but they were unyielding, telling me there would be no refund. They showed no empathy and were inhumane. In the end, I was able to use the facilities, but I would never stay in a place where being good human beings is not a priority, and all they care about is money.

Cozy apartment in a nice area
Pros:

Very bright well-maintained apartment in a modern building, always sunny, bed super comfy, balcony. Whatever you might need in the kitchen is there. Also there are shampoos, soap, etc. Towels and bedsheets are new and fresh. Location is very nice if that’s what you need. It’s kinda far from center, but it’s quiet and tourist free. Also many cozy coffee shops and restaurants around. For me also very important there is gym. Also open terrace! Staff very helpful and polite.

Cons:

It’s not that nicely designed as on the photos. Basically it’s all white. Also, a shelf in the shower and slippers would be nice to have. And the sofa cover didn’t look clean to me.

Pros:

DO NOT make the same mistake I made and stay at this property unless you have no issue being unable to gain access to your apartment and want reliable internet. It's also directly next to about 3-4 schools for children. So if you like screaming kids all day this is where you want to spend your time in Buenos Aires. The mattress is also very old and doesn't have mattress protector. If you like a host that lies and makes excuses for everything, you need to book this apartment. RUN!

Nice several days stay
Pros:

Great little place, beds comfortable, plenty of space and building door security. Close to residential style restaurants and express grocery. A little noisy during day if windows facing nearby school. Stayed in room for 3, small kitchen, full size fridge, table and chairs. Overall very nice stay. Only drawback is communication only by texting, security did not speak English.
