Nice hotel, great location, great service!
Pros:

Access to airport, 24-hour shuttle to airport, staff was great.

Cons:

It was all good. The neighborhood is a little sketchy, but that is on King County.

アラスカ航空利用だったので出発ロビーまですぐ
ライトレールも同様　とにかく移動が便利でした
寝心地も良かったです

Cons:

周囲に何もないのでちょっとした買い出しが出来ないことくらいかな

Good value and clean. Near airport
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Close to airport. Hotel has shuttle bus to airport. Such good place to stay if you need to spend a time near airport

Cons:

Clean. Friendly stuff. Large room. Especially two large queen beds in the room.

Pros:

Great location for the airport. It was clean and the staff very friendly

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and the room noisy. The transit (train) was loud.

The staff did not job on keeping it clean.

Cons:

1. Never seen a bathroom, newer or old, that did not have hooks or bars to hang towels. It was one of the newly renovated rooms. What the design team was doing, to pass this design?
2. The door closing with no slow-down on the end of swing - dumping body.
3. Noisy - the isolation of windows are not good.

此次入住体验令人遗憾。由于不可抗力因素，我预定的两个房间其中一间给老人预定的房间完全未能使用，且在第一时间积极与酒店沟通，希望能够就未入住的房间做出合理、灵活的处理。然而酒店方面始终坚持政策条款，未提供任何形式的人性化协助或折中方案。
我们理解酒店有既定取消政策，但在客人确实未入住、且提前说明特殊情况的前提下，完全没有任何弹性空间，确实让人感到缺乏理解与关怀。尤其在同一订单下，家人已正常入住的情况下，这种处理方式更加令人失望。
希望酒店未来在类似特殊情况下，能够在政策之外多一些同理心和灵活度。服务行业的价值不仅在于规则，更在于对客人的理解与支持，建议保留最基本的服务温度。
