Great location for the airport. It was clean and the staff very friendly

Pros:

Overall quality, location and cleanness, and staff.
The staff did not job on keeping it clean.

Cons:

1. Never seen a bathroom, newer or old, that did not have hooks or bars to hang towels. It was one of the newly renovated rooms. What the design team was doing, to pass this design?
2. The door closing with no slow-down on the end of swing - dumping body.
3. Noisy - the isolation of windows are not good.

我们理解酒店有既定取消政策，但在客人确实未入住、且提前说明特殊情况的前提下，完全没有任何弹性空间，确实让人感到缺乏理解与关怀。尤其在同一订单下，家人已正常入住的情况下，这种处理方式更加令人失望。
希望酒店未来在类似特殊情况下，能够在政策之外多一些同理心和灵活度。服务行业的价值不仅在于规则，更在于对客人的理解与支持，建议保留最基本的服务温度。

The Mattress. What brand of mattress was in room 921. I had the best night sleep on it.
