i love this place but no one wants to enforce the rules

Could’ve stayed somewhere else for cheaper and get better service
Pros:

The girl that was supposed to make breakfast wasn’t there so they had no breakfast. They changed the sheets on you once every other day so you didn’t get towels or nothing so the two days that was there you get nothing.

The manager was amazing he came to our room and helped us set the thermostat. He was so kind and polite. He was working Saturday, Dec 13. Please tell him how much we appreciated his attention to detail.
