Our body wash in the shower was empty
Courteous and attentive staff. Gounds and building were very clean.
Upgraded recently.
Coffee and food service very limited hours.
The manager was amazing he came to our room and helped us set the thermostat. He was so kind and polite. He was working Saturday, Dec 13. Please tell him how much we appreciated his attention to detail.
Awesome front desk people
Great Ast Manager acting as bar / bistro person
An extremely clean facility with a friendly and helpful staff!
Friendly staff and guests. Clean room.
FRIENDLY STAFF AND VERY HELPFUL
The staff and that they let me check in earlier than 4 PM
That they didn’t respond to contact the property phone calls or Booking.com chats
I liked the amount of space in the room, and staff were very accommodating. I didn't hear any outside noise in my room, which isn't always the case when you stay at a hotel, it was great. I also enjoyed being able to use the pool, as there was noone else down there, I just wish the size of the towels at the pool and for the room were a bit bigger, as it didn't cover me.
Room was clean and convenient. I didn't realize the breakfast wasn't continental. There's a Starbucks restaurant for breakfast so ended up costing $55 for 2 burritos, 2 bowls of cereal, 2 coffees and juice.
Pool is discolored but clean. Gym was small but does the trick.
Overall satisfied with it though i feel it was a bit overpriced.
Staff was all super friendly and helpful (minus the "Starbucks" employee. He didn't seem to like his job and made huffing sounds while waiting for my 3 and 5 year old to decide what they wanted. And it wasn't busy. He was just impatient)
We stay here pretty frequently and always fine place.
For the most part we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Free WiFi was great and the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was awesome. We didn’t use the pool as it seemed cold. When I booked the room for our High School reunion, the website mentioned breakfast. We didn’t expect we would have to pay for it. Even little Super 8 offers free breakfast, but that ticked me off. Be forewarned, the breakfast is NOT FREE!
Think it’s ridiculous that for $200 a night I still have to buy overpriced crappy coffee from Starbucks. Should have coffee available all morning. Had to drive off site to get a decent cup
The price for breakfast 😅
Pros:
Salyne (Front Desk agent), she is so helpful and professional. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable
Fridge is actually cold! Kept our drinks super cold.
Laundry room is a life saver.
No noise from other rooms.
Facing the freeway but with white noise, you can’t hear traffic
30 min to Palmyra/Church history sites. Beautiful drive through small towns like Phelps, Egypt, Pittsford. Many food options around. We went to Michael’s Valley Grill.
Good Gym
Cons:
Can’t open window-smelly room
Small and thin bath towels, you’ll need 2… lol
Rooms feel old
