Perfect for a day or two in Preston.
Pros:

Couldn’t fault it. The room was well appointed, comfortable, spacious, warm and fresh.
Lots of nice touches….milk and water in fridge, sweets on the table. Everything was tight and it is in a great location central, but near to Avenham and Miller parks

Cons:

No welcoming staff, but the arrangements for checking in were fine. It may have felt a bit weird if it was late at night.

Pros:

Great location by 2 parks in a quiet area of Preston we were only staying 1 night.
Upgraded to the Bouquet Apartment which in itself was amazing and a good place to relax in for our short stay
Clear self check in instructions too.

Cons:

Unfortunately our sleep experience was very poor due to ongoing conversations going on in adjacent rooms throughout the early hours 2am to 4am.
There were also people talking outside our window at 6am presumably popping out for a smoking break.
We would return but probably to an apartment at the back of the property

Pros:

Convenient, clean, comfortable in a very nice part of town. Near the park for an early morning walk

Couldn't get the WiFi to connect and access after hours was a bit tricky
