Bedbugs and no real concern or follow up
Pros:

The bar area was comfortable, with plenty of TVs that made it easy to unwind. The attached parking garage was convenient, though it did have a noticeable smell that took away from the experience a bit. There’s also an outdoor amphitheater, which seems like it could be a great feature, but unfortunately nothing was happening the night I was there. I enjoyed watching the boats using the river.

Cons:

BEDBUGS
We stayed here recently and unfortunately had several issues. We woke up in the morning with multiple bedbug bites. We check the sheets and found signs of them. When I reported it to the front desk in the morning, the receptionist simply said she would “make a note of it,” but didn’t offer any real help, concern, or follow up.
The room itself also wasn’t very sound proof. We could hear every truck and car passing by throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep even before the bites.
Not necessarily the hotel’s fault, but there’s an outdoor amphitheater right across the street that seems to turn into a homeless gathering spot. We did not feel safe, and did not leave the hotel room.
Overpriced and we did not have a restful or comfortable stay.

Wonderful Property! Will return.

Room was nice. Requests were accommodated. Customer service, no matter what time of day, was exceptional even when they were learning a new system. Breakfast is a la carte, but definitely worth the price you pay. Never have I had a meal that tasty AND well-seasoned from a hotel, where I didn't need to add anything extra. A special thanks to Gabe and the shuttle drivers. From my arrival to my departure, those gentlemen were nothing short of exceptional as far as their customer service and professionalism.

Cons:

Honestly, I'd really have to scrutinize just a couple things.

There was a hair on the bathroom wall, next to the shampoo/conditioner/body wash station. Didn't bug me at all but felt it needed to be noted. Also, the door going into the room needed a little more force to close than normal. It didn't fully shut on its own. Something to be mindful of.
