A acomodação estava limpa, organizada e confortável. O café da manhã foi excelente , com boa variedade, e os funcionários foram atenciosos e prestativos.

Cons:

Embora o atendimento tenha sido cordial, senti falta de maior flexibilidade em relação ao check-out. Ao solicitar a extensão da minha permanência, fui informada de que haveria cobrança adicional. Pela minha percepção, o hotel não parecia estar com alta ocupação. No geral, acredito que uma política mais flexível contribuiria para uma experiência ainda melhor aos hóspedes.
