Quando cominciano andare male le cose, difficilmente riesci a trovare qualcosa di positivo.
Prenotato con Booking in 4 adulti con colazione. E non volevano darci la colazione, poi ci hanno davo tipo un vaucher 2 adulti e due bambini, eravamo 4 adulti.
Ci hanno detto avete un budget da 50 dollari al giorno dal loro menù colazione… sì perché la colazione non è altro che il loro bar con listino a prezzi alti. Con 50 dollari fai fatica a fare colazione in 3.
Il secondo giorno, non ci hanno permesso di usare il loro vaucher da 50 dollari ma ci hanno imposto un piatto a testa , risultato 10 dollari di supplemento.
Camera con moquette, non ci hanno sistemato camera né cambiato asciugamani.
Fatto richiesta del cambiò asciugamani in reception, non si è visto nessuno. Ho girato per i corridoi, finché ho trovato un carrello e me li sono presi da solo.

Cafe was handy and nice, food was good. View was great. Location was convenient.
The staff were very polite and professional. They are one of the few hotels that offer a shuttle to and from Burbank Airport. A big reason I picked them. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Has a nice view too. I was on a tight schedule while here so I didn’t have time use the amenities.
The elevators were warm and stuffy. The bathroom was really small and could have been cleaner. The plugs on the lamps didn’t work so it was hard to charge your phone with it next to you. The night curtain was very worn with holes which let light in.
The staff were top notch!! The cafe staff were very friendly, helpful and focused on customer service.
I would have rated this hotel more but we paid online for our booking and when we got there we where charged a deposit of $100 which we where told we would get back and we never did, there was no damage left no email no money back till this day.
