lors de mon arrivée il avait des genre de champignon dans mon air climatisé et jour 2 j’ai demandé un nettoyage de ma chambre mon bain étais rendu noir s’étais pas très beau à voir… avec trafic environs 30minutes d universel studio

Pros:

We had to switch rooms due to the bathroom not being cleaned properly. Management upgraded us without an issue.

Cons:

Cleanliness is not great. Building generally seems like its falling apart. Ice machine on our floor was disgusting.
