Un’ottima base per visitare il Salento
Pros:

Struttura nuova, molto particolare ricavata da una ex cava di pietra.
Design curato all’interno dell’appartamento e bellissima la veranda esterna.
Fiore all’occhiello la dislocazione della piscina.
Vicina a tutte le più belle spiagge del Salento è un’ottima soluzione per visitare questa bella regione.
Comunque una vera oasi di pace.

Residence tranquillo ed accogliente, comodo alle spiagge ed alle zone più frequentate del Salento
Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di fine giugno 25: della struttura abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità, gli ampi spazi fra gli edifici, e la piscina per il relax. Il ns appartamento (n. 10) era abbastanza spazioso e con il patio ampio e ombreggiato dove poter tranquillamente mangiare. Il Residence è a pochi minuti d’auto dalle spiagge e dai paesi di Santa Caterina e Santa Maria dove è piacevole passeggiare e cenare all’aperto la sera. Oltre alla frequentatissima Gallipoli da visitare anche il vicino centro di Nardó.

Really beautiful and tranquil place to stay!
Pros:

Such a lovely setting. Great pool. Each apartment with its own private area outside including lovely swing chair and 2 rocking chairs. Beds really comfortable. Spotless. Good kitchen set up. Short drive from both Santa Maria and Santa Catarina. If you like seafood try the fish shack Frito Misto in Santa Catarina. Gorgeous. Loads of lovely beaches nearby including Porto Selvaggio in middle of lovely pine forest including cute shuttle bus from car park. And beautiful Gallipoli and Lecce within short drives.

Cons:

The free bikes are a lovely touch but they could be better maintained as several had flat tyres

Ma ciò che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale è lo staff: Serena è una persona straordinaria, sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronta ad aiutarti in qualsiasi occasione, facendoti sentire come a casa. 💕

Séjour agréable dans un environnement agréable.et bonne situation géographique
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, la réactivité. Les espace extérieurs, la piscine sont splendide et bien entretenus. La mise à disposition d’une machine à laver avec lessive. La terrasse du logement est très bien aménagée et agréable d’y passer les soirées.

Cons:

La douche du logement n°10 est beaucoup trop petite.
La cuisine manque d’ustensiles essentiels (par exemple, un grand couteau pour couper une pastèque) et la cafetière italienne est trop petite.
Il n’y a pas non plus de condiments de base (huile d’olive, sel, poivre, sucre).
Enfin, la climatisation est assez bruyante.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet établissement.
Pros:

Superbe piscine dans une carrière, belle terrasse devant la chambre.

Établissement à taille humaine et place de parc privative.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé deux chambres pour 10 jours pour une somme importante. Nous aurions apprécié bénéficier d’un geste commercial sur la surtaxe de 50 euros pour le lit-bébé et les 50 euros de surtaxe pour arrivée tardive (21h30). Nous avions notamment proposé de nous cacher les clés pour éviter au personnel d’attendre notre arrivée et de faire le check-in le lendemain matin, ce que l’hôtel a refusé. Pour le reste, très bien! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Merci!

Perfect place to relax and explore the area
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this place. It’s a perfect spot to relax and recharge. The property is very spacious and offers great privacy for everyone. It’s peaceful and quiet, surrounded by nature, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The pool is fantastic – ideal for both adults and little kids. We spent a lot of time there and really appreciated how well it’s maintained.
The location is also perfect as a base for exploring the area – everything is close by, and there are many beautiful beaches in the surroundings.
The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available when we needed anything. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for rest, privacy, and a beautiful setting!
