Nice hotel in heart of city for a good price.
Pros:

Location on water walk. Rooms were large and clean. Parking only cost $8 per night. Front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. Safe location. Comfy beds. Good price.

Great place in Green Bay!
Pros:

Location directly on the Fox river, near river walk and many restaurants and bars. Welcoming staff, delicious breakfast with many hot options and a pool and workout room.

Cons:

Nothing! It was a great place to stay....give this one a try!

Location was fine

Cons:

The door to the room was so heavy it took all of my strength to open it. The bathroom door was a barn door that was also extremely hard to open. The USB ports did not work.

With a little more effort it could be a great place to come back to
Pros:

Close to downtown. The sofa would have been nice to sit on but it was worn and kind of dirty actually. Everything else was clean and comfortable. The beds and bathroom were great! Well lit clean bathroom with a roomy shower. Plenty of towels. Blackout drapes were a plus.

Cons:

Construction made it hard to navigate to the property. Parking garage was kind of chaotic. Check in person was on the surly side. Old dusty smelling carpeting. Older sofa furniture that was kind of worn . Room not stocked well with essentials like hand soap, extra toilet paper and cups for brushing teeth. Had to change rooms because the first room smelled really stuffy and dusty.
