Pros:

The staff was really friendly and very helpful. The bar was lovely and and they even had board games for you to play in the lobby. The boats passing by was an added attraction. This was my first time staying at this location but I will gladly be returning.

Cons:

The side of the building my room was located on. Could not see the boats from my room.

Not clean. Staff was not friendly. No one greeted me once for a week stay. Upon check in I stood there for 15 minutes be

The beds were comfortable. The location was nice

Cons:

The gym and pool area were very dirty. People were smoking marijuana on our floor but nothing was done about it. My bathroom door would not shut all the way and there are only 3 small drawers for any stuff.

Great intercoastal view easy access, and beautiful rooms
Pros:

This was a very clean property very well maintained, and the continental breakfast was excellent

Cons:

For once, there was really nothing I didn’t like about it. It was so wonderful.

Overall was ok

Clean

Cons:

There was this guest talking in the hallways very loudly n rude. It was about 10 at night. It lasted at least an hour. We could hear in our room even with our door closed. We told the staff at front desk about her. I was too tired n fell asleep so not sure if anyone took care of the problem.

Good stay with lacking amenities for a very high price point for two days.

Cons:

Room AC was unable to keep up during this trip, and property internet did not work during both days of stay. I have stayed at this location in the past with good AC and WiFi services.
