It was a quick trip but all was great and the employees were extremely nice!
Pros:

We loved that we were walking distance to the Civic Center and some restaurants.

I would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The beds were absolutely the best!! They were so comfortable and the pillows were firm and thick. It definitely made the stay much better! The shower had great water pressure. The gym was open from 6am-11pm which worked well for our stay. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

When we got there we thought we would be checking in immediately but we had to wait with a lobby full of people. There was something going on with the rooms not being cleaned fast enough. We were understanding due to the fact we were there for a sold out concert next door. Even though we had to wait on a room the staff was still nice.

Nice hotel but feel deceived about the $50 deposits and $10 parking.
Pros:

Very clean rooms. Very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was very good. Location is right beside the Civic Center.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I had to pay $50 deposit even though I had paid in full through Booking.com. Also I had to pay $10 for parking. I have stayed at many hotels in different states and never had to pay for parking. I wasn’t told about a $50 deposit until check in.

Loud HVAC unit can't turn off.
Pros:

it was close to where I needed to go.

Cons:

The large HVAC unit in the room would not turn off. I turned it off on the Thermostat but the Fan kept running all night and I could not sleep due to the loud noise. There was no access to the plug of the unit to unplug it. Also the fan in the bathroom is constantly on with no way to turn it off. As well as a night light you can't turn off either. These should all be options for a guest to turn on\off.
Also when I arrived I had to provide a credit card which a $50 hod was put on which I was not informed of prior to arriving. That is information that should be provided.

Had to pay for parking. Thought the booking indicated parking was free.

Ice Storm stay
Pros:

Kim and Victoria were outstanding during our stay . We were in town to work the power outage in the area , and everything was fantastic Breakfast was great !
