I was looking for hotels near my daughter’s tutoring center and found that many hotels had no windows. I was really shocked! Seeing that the room in this hotel, which is only a ten-minute drive from Vientiane, is bright and has very large windows, I decided to book it for a few days.

As soon as you enter the lobby, you will find a very simple and modern design, and there is also a small outdoor garden, which is very elegant.

When I checked in at the front desk, I met the very polite manager Alex Wu . He may be the most eye-catching and polite lobby manager I have ever encountered in a domestic four or five-star hotel. It really gave me a big surprise, thumbs up! If the boss sees this, he should consider giving the manager a promotion and a raise. 🤭

When riding the lift. Another surprise is that there are large glass windows for viewing the scenery.

The cleanliness of the room is a new five-star hotel standard! The price is less than half! This hotel may be the most cost-effective one in Nanshan District. And not only the room is clean. The sheets and pillows are also perfect, and the quilt is very comfortable. Unlike most hotels that use down quilts, this one is a bit like a silk quilt: not too hot, not too cold. Moreover, the mattress may be a zero-pressure mattress that is even better for sleep than the one I have at home. I really don’t want to move.
The shampoo and shower gel in the toilet have a more masculine scent, but the quality is very good.
The small refrigerator in the room had three different bottles of soda. There are multiple bottles of mineral water available in the room, all for free! ! !
In the evening, I also had a bowl of fish soup beef ball noodles as a late night snack, which tasted really good.
Everything is arranged with care and is really considerate. There is also a self-service washing machine on one of the floors.
I rarely praise a hotel so highly, but I really can't fault ， especially the price is so attractive n the hotel is very new and clean!
It's absolutely a perfect hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Shenzhen. I highly recommend it.

Location is at business district and it takes around 5 - 7 mins from Ke Yuan Station (科苑站) Exit D. We spent some times to find the way to hotel as signal was not enough / clear. The hotel design is quite modern and the room is cozy and spacious. Staffs are friendly and helpful and really thank you so much for our birthday celebration arrangement. Overall is a perfect experience, though the neighborhood is quite quiet but we will definitely return again.
