No había personal en la recepción, toda gestión debía pasar por el hotel,que estaba enfrente.

Gran hotel
Pros:

Trato del personal, ubicación , limpieza y comodidad excelente , todo lo que se le puede pedir a un hotel

Cons:

La nevera , funciona bastante mal y deberían de cambiarla, no enfría y el tamaño era diminuto ( compré un queso para llevarme de asturias y se estropeo por no enfriar nada) es la única pega que le pongo

La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel pero parece un anexo al hotel villa rosario ya que en éste solo son habitaciones y un telefono 24h comunicado a la recepcion del otro hotel si quieres desayuno igual se comparte con hotel villa rosario...
Las habitaciones muy sencillas pero con todo lo necesario.
Un detalle a destacar una bienvenida con unas galletas y una escrito a mano.

Cons:

La segunda noche se despistaron y no teniamos la habitacion hecha a las 19.00 de la tarde pero nos lo solucionaron rápido.

Atención del personal un 10
El hotel maravilloso y el palacete espectacular. El desayuno merece la pena 100%. Ubicación magnífica. Queda pendiente para próxima vez el menú degustación.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. A weekend away is meant to be nice.

I wouldn’t describe it as a hotel, probably more like a motel. There is no reception area as such. At arrival there is an empty small desk, a person has to be called from the ‘proper hotel’ across the road which is incredible.
The place I stayed is next to a busy road with bedrooms above the front parking area, so very noisy.
The cleaning staff are extremely noisy, they have conversations from one room to other without thinking in customer in need of a sleep.
No breakfast. It has to be booked in advance at the hotel across the road.

Relax en la playa
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación, cama grande y cómoda, con amplio armario, nevera caja fuerte. Detalle de bienvenida, nos dejaron agua y cerveza en la nevera sin coste. A dos minutos de la playa. El personal muy amable nos guardaron el equipaje en recepción y cuando tuvimos disponible la habitación nos lo habían dejado en ella. Parking gratuito.

Cons:

Si hubiera tenido ducha en vez de bañera hubiera sido excepcional.
