Perfect for a quick stay and within walking distance to the Playhouse District and Old Pasadena.
Pros:

Spacious room, modern, clean.

Cons:

We couldn't get our room cold enough for comfortable sleeping, some of the front desk staff weren't very friendly, though most were.

Nothing. The staff are very rude and absolutely not qualified for a position in this industry. God bless the Asian manager with herpes all over her face. Sad.

Ok pour un séjour ultra court où votre vie est ailleurs

L’emplacement, proche de la vie du centre et du métro
La literie, excellente

Cons:

Pas de vue, la chambre donne sur un mur à 1m… le personnel pas trop aimable, le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas au niveau du standing (confiture « formule 1 » , jus d’orange annoncé pressé mais chimique, en fait), La piscine dont la moitié des transats est inaccessible

The beds were pretty comfortable and the area is good for walking around.

I paid extra for a patio and it was a glorified alleyway, do NOT believe the pictures and pay extra.

Not that great
Pros:

Location in Pasadena was good and convenient

Cons:

Parking fee of 36 dollars .
You can go one block down and park for 15 .
Poorly cleaned . There were stains on the pillows from previous guests.
Some days room service never attended the room

It is what it is but I won’t be coming back.
Pros:

The lobby was nice and parking structure easy to access.

Cons:

The room we were in didn’t have proper working restroom lighting and the trash cans did not have trash bags in them i don’t know if that’s new policy.
Kind of felt like they didn’t finish cleaning the room. The bench by the bed was dirty with dark brown stains on it, there was water stains on the little table in the room, the bed had what seemed like dog hair in it which made me almost get pink eye when I woke up in the morning, It didn’t feel clean or worth the 300+$ I spent for the night.

Een aangenaam verblijf
Pros:

Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en enthousiast en staat voor je klaar.
Vooral Alex buiten bij de ontvangst. Hij kwam met hulp, advies en tips wanneer we iets wilden weten of ondernemen in de omgeving
En op de kamer heerlijke theesoorten en Starbucks koffie die steeds weer aangevuld wordt. Zwembad is ook heerlijk met die warmte.

Cons:

De matrassen waren doorgezakt, klein balkonnetje en het was vrij gehorig maar al met al wel een goed verblijf gehad.
Bij het zwembad waren lounge bedden gereserveerd terwijl alles verder bezet was maar die mensen kwamen pas einde van de middag. Zou een tijdslimiet opgegeven kunnen worden.

The mini shop for small snacks and drinks 24/7

Cons:

My room was facing the general AC system so a bit of continuous noise at night. But I sleep with ear plugs so this went fine.
