extremely disappointing, only one person on reception and slow check in process including unnecessary details asked to b

Stayed 2 nights, room not made up had to go to reception to get another towel, after already having to go down first to get card access reset, slow draining bathroom basin was annoying and made a bad situation worse, who never stay here again, parking cost $25 per night so far out of the city is rip off,

Enjoyable stay - will recommended Quest Burwood to family and friends.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I needed to use the wifi/business area to work until my room was ready. Not only did the staff make sure I was set up correctly with the wifi, but they arranged for me to have early check in, so that I could continue to work from my room for the remainder of the day. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I also had to stay an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances (from my end), and when I went down to organise another night's accommodation the staff couldn't do enough for me. I enjoyed getting a coffee for the Angel's Brew each morning.

Comfortable room and great customer service.
Pros:

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Quest is very well located, near multiple shopping centers and public transport. Nice barbecue area upstairs, and cafe area at the front of the building.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was impossible to control as it kept resetting the temperature back to 25 degrees regardless of what I'd set it to. This caused me to wake multiple times during the night as the room was too hot. I would also have hoped for housekeeping to replace towels etc more than once during my 5 days stay.
