Happy Bride
Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The interior is beautiful with a very peaceful and welcoming environment. The suite rooms are huge! If you want to feel like royalty while also getting genuine New Mexico charm be sure to visit!

Over all my wife and I enjoyed the stay,
Pros:

The location was perfect for my needs. The staff were friendly and courteous. The room was nice and cool. The main lobby had an excellent view.

Cons:

The room was not clean properly there were what look like olives by the night stand. The ice machine was out of order. The ironing board cover was dirty so we couldn’t use it. Too bad they are going to remodel the lobby area.

The staff was completely friendly.

Cons:

The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. And the pool was down. The restaurant left, no breakfast was served and so did the shops inside the hotel. The A/C sounded like a flight was taking off. We paid more than most of the hotels around the area for a pool. My child could not use it. The pure disappointment on his face and the cry we dealt with.

Finish remodel before having people stay,

Bed was comfortable

Cons:

Noise from air conditioner, shower not draining properly, there was a plastic bag with white substance in the room, and getting upstairs was scary(lift to second floor had a piece of wood as you exited out over an opening).

Nice hotel, beautiful lobby.
Pros:

The hotel was nice. The lobby was beautiful and definitely the highlight of our stay. The service was great, everyone was very friendly. The rooms were a little outdated, but they were clean. Overall, for the price, we felt it was a decent stay and we wouldn't have any problems staying here again if we were in the area.

Beautiful place to stay!!
Pros:

Beautiful place to stay and worth the money! The rooms are clean and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE! The indoor pool was the perfect temperature and the breakfast was good with a delicious cup of coffee. The staff was also very kind. They even called me because we left something behind.
