ESTABA SUCIA LA HABITACIÓN, HABÍA CABELLOS Y OLIA A SUDOR, TUVIMOS QUE PEDIR CAMBIO DE HABITACIÓN,, HABÍA MUCHO RUIDO POR UNA OBRA CONTIGUA. EL DESAYUNO INCLUIDO NO CONVIENE, HAY POCA VARIEDAD DE ALIMENTOS.

El AC no funcionar correctamente, no enfria. Te cobran el estacionamiento aun siendo huesped. El edificio es viejo y le falta mantenimiento

Maravillosa estancia
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. El desayuno en el restaurante del Lobby es Maravilloso. Tiene una casa de cambio al interior. La habitacin fue amplia y el aseo muy bueno.

Cons:

La comunicación acerca de lo que esta y no esta incluido en la reserva en cuanto al tema de alimentación tiene una oportunidad de mejora importante. El Gerente de habitaciones debería propender por ser más receptivo respecto a las solicitudes efectuadas. En mi caso viajero frecuente en diferentes destinos y ha sido de las pocas veces en que observo tanta rigidez al interactuar con un administrador hotelero.

Pros:

big room, big bathroom, big window - stunning view (24th level)
Safe area downtown, good starting points for walking trips within the city
Daily cleaning, excellent job by Rocío!
Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Air conditioning doesnt really work (again), but super friendly staff member gave me a very poweful fan
Enormous queues in front of reception desk.
Big works next to the hotel, noisy and probably taking another year or 2 and then blocking the view towards the Old Town - a pity. Just ask for another room on the other side which has a beautiful view.

The only good things I can think of was the comfortable bed and the incredible view from my 18th floor room.

Cons:

Incredibly long queue for check-in. A lobby like a main hall of a train station. No hotel security elevators. A smelly bathroom drain. Room service that doesn't understand English. Noisy canteen-style hotel breakfast room...

Not a 4 star hotel . If it wasn’t for good staff it would score very poorly. Won’t be booking this hotel again

Excelente atención del personal, cuartos cómodos

Cons:

Habia solo 2 empelados atendiendo en el lobby, creando una larga cola para hacer el check-in. También, algunos muebles dentro de los cuartos se ven viejos o dañados.
