Good hotel in a great location, but beware the extremely loud live disco that runs until 2am.

Great location and view from the 18th floor.

Cons:

Our room (a studio) had a double bed (not queen), so a bit small. More of a problem was the outdoor club, as two of the three nights we were there we were kept awake by very loud disco music starting around 10pm and going until 2am. This despite being on an upper floor with the windows closed.

it was a great location.
Pros:

i did not appreciate that although i left my room at 11 am without the do not disturb sign removed my room was not fixed and i had to call the reception in the night when i arrived they did send me towels but no apologies and infact accused me that perhaps i left the do not disturb sign on which i told them no it was not.

Cons:

room not fixed and the receception needs to be a little bit friendly.

Estancia apacible en una ciudad tremenda, monstruosa, pero bella

Silencio. Ubicación excelente: se puede llegar caminarndo al cento histórico sin mas que tomar el cercano bulevar Hidalgo, a la izquierda del paseo de la Reforma. Amabilidad del personal del hotel, tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante. También puede decirse que es confortable. Pero lo esencial es la tranquiliad, no escuchar los portazos y entradas y salidas de los viajeros, como ocurre en otros hoteles. En realidad, ya había estado antes dos veces. Por eso repetí.

Cons:

El hotel tiene ya algunos años. Creo que habría que revisar algunos detalles pequeños pero importantes. De repente, se cierra el tapón del lavabo e impide usarlo
