Una muy buena experiencia hotelera
Pros:

La atención del.personal en especial los que atienden el restaurant de tapas del piso 22 ......donde tomamos ambien desayuno .....excelente su trabajo disposición y buen trato a todos los clientes....se merecen un reconocimiento del hotel....personas como estas no se encuentran en cualquier parte.....los felicito.....ojalá les den un bono de desempeño.....

Great stay!!!
Pros:

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We were permitted to leave some luggage at the hotel while we traveled to other parts of Mexico. Service with a huge smile!!! The breakfast in executive lounge great way to start the day!
