Breakfast included was appauling. Everything was cold. Hotel staff were okay. For the price payed. The service was not up to standards.

Pros:

The light in the room was fantastic. There was a big comfortable bed and a decent amount of space in the room. It was reasonably clean.

Cons:

It's a bit tired and shabby. Public areas are not well maintained and, at times, a little smelly. The breakfast was not great and the dining area was like a school refrectory. Staff appear disinterested.

Trop de russes dans cet établissement...difference culturelle flagrante ...ils sont très froids..pas de bonjours et ni de sourires..ils ne vous tiennent pas la porte par exemple...

Amazing and Staff Super Nice
Pros:

Pool was awesome and the view amazing. Was notified on arrival that the booked rooms aircon was faulty, however staff were super nice and offered an upgraded room at no extra cost. Daily cleaning of changing the bins and changing the sheets and towels was nice and kept the room clean.

Pros:

I liked location of hotel and breakfest was good, but anything else was total disappointment.

Cons:

In The begging we get room which tottaly was different as it is in pictures on booking.com - dark, with small windows, broken doors to WC, and fungus in bathroom. After fighting staff changed our room on next day, but I came to hotel for vocation, not for fighting. Staff was not welcoming to resolve my problem. They argued, that hotel was full and I get what I get. Leter staff changed our room, but I do not recommend this hotel - I have been in Phuket many times, for this value of money you can get much better accomodation.
