Do not recomend
Pros:

I liked location of hotel and breakfest was good, but anything else was total disappointment.

Cons:

In The begging we get room which tottaly was different as it is in pictures on booking.com - dark, with small windows, broken doors to WC, and fungus in bathroom. After fighting staff changed our room on next day, but I came to hotel for vocation, not for fighting. Staff was not welcoming to resolve my problem. They argued, that hotel was full and I get what I get. Leter staff changed our room, but I do not recommend this hotel - I have been in Phuket many times, for this value of money you can get much better accomodation.

Удобное расположение. Кафе и куча магазинчиков. Если вы хотите тишины и уединения, то это не ваш вариант

Ожидание/реальность. Фото Букинга не совпадают с реальностью. Номера убирали каждый день, полотенца меняли каждый день. На этом пожалуй все плюсы. Минус завтраки, они ужасны. Гадкий кофе из металического «самовара», из фруктов только арбуз и ананас. Выпечка никакая…омлеты, рис, лапша, сосиски. Йогурты из общей миски, как впрочем и джемы.
СТЕКЛЯННЫЕ двери гостиницы ВСЕГДА грязные, залапанные, к ручкам дверей неприятно прикасаться. То же самое с кнопками лифта и зеркала в лифте.
На территории гостиницы стоят столы, где можно посидеть, попить кофе или пива, стоят пепельницы. За 8 дней ни разу не видела, чтоб эти столы протирали, постоянно были в пепле и грязные.
У нас был номер без балкона, хотела поменять на номер с балконом, но это того не стоит. Номер такой же, но только можно получить балкон с видом на трансформаторные будки.
Больше в данный отель не поеду

Отель удобно расположен относительно моря Персонал работает профессионально

Cons:

Номера очень скромные, ни тапочек, ни халатов. Сначала нам дали номер без балкона с видом на соседний отель, мы поменяли с доплатой на номер с балконом с видом на проезжую часть, озеро и море, шумновато, но не проблема.
Балкон маленький. Если вам нужен релакс, то это не тот вариант.
На мой взгляд, есть несоответствие цены и качества.

Персонал очень доброжелательный, всегда решает возникшие проблемы (хоть их и было мало). В отеле и в номере чисто, хороший ремонт, белоснежные полотенца и постельное белье. Не было насекомых. Номер убирают каждый день. Питание разнообразное и его достаточно. Даже если прийти почти к окончанию завтрака все равно найдется что поесть. Помимо "европейских" омлета, яиц, ветчины и сосисок адаптированные тайские блюда - рис и в разных вариантах курица с овощами.
