Never again will I stay at this location
Pros:

Not much

Cons:

Room was never cleaned and I had to request towels, cleaning staff was hanging out in the halls on their personal phones having inappropriate conversations in front of guests

Horrible
Pros:

The room only had one towel for 3 of us. I asked three times for extra towels for the rest of us. They never brought them up. The body soap dispenser also didn’t hav soap in it. I asked for more and they didn’t have any. The front desk manager was flustered and just kept saying he couldn’t help. I was very disappointed in my stay here.

Cons:

Lack of towels and toiletries. No customer service. The hotel was loud and people walking around at all hours even after quiet hours.

We will be back in Corpus Aug 20 if I can get a better price, we are hoping to stay with you again
Pros:

Beds were very comfortable and staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I wish the price would have included breakfast or dinner. Most of the other hotels around included breakfast or dinner with the price of their stay. The price we paid was a little on the high end for it not to include breakfast or dinner. Other than that the sky was nice.

The cleaning lady entered one of my rooms without knocking, saying we should have checked out by 11:00 AM, even though my checkout time was an hour later.

KEEP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER HOTEL

Where to start.. 1st thing I went down Saturday around 4:30/5 and told front desk grandkids had accident in one of the beds, we got back at 10pm they never came. 2nd, someone charged drinks from the bar to our room. You would think an ID would be needed for that. 3rd, the lady working the front desk sunday has no customer service what so ever. She was very rude when I went to make sure we were getting our breakfast included because they didn't give us anything at checkin.She said you didn't think to ask? NOT MY JOB!!!!! WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. IF I WERE YOU, LOOK ELSE WHERE YOU'RE BETTER OFF, TRUST ME!

Great staff, rundown property,
Pros:

Very close and convenient to the airport. Breakfast was good, your typical hotel breakfast. Definitely not worth $14 dollars a person though. Ours was included with the booking, but most guests were told to pay.

Cons:

Property is sort of ran down. Starts with the parking lot. Bumpiest ride in Texas driving through it. Pool was closed our first night for maintenance. If you walk down the hallways and look at the doors, half of them are hung crooked with gaps at the top. Our carpet and the chair had stains all over it. Our bathroom fan did not work so bathroom stayed damp most of the day.

Pros:

It had HBO

Cons:

It had a smell it just smelled like it was very old and they need to upgrade the carpet and there are no vents in the rooms and it was hard to get towels when asked

Beds we’re confortable.

Cons:

Bathroom floor was dirty was dirty and there was hair on towels and bathtub. The indoor pool water was dirty. It looked it had not been cleaned in a while. No towels available and water was very cold.
