The concierge Jesse I believe that was his name was SUPER! He was very knowledgeable of his job and of the area. He made the check-in process very easy and it was nice talking with him. I would say that he was a great experience.
We did not like the fact that when we woke up in the morning, there were roaches on the table as well as the walls. We were very taken back by that as the room did appear to look clean. It was the thought that we bought takeout for a night in, and ate in there not fully knowing if the room was clean. I really hated to even mention this since this was a nice hotel, but I do read reviews and make my decisions based on reviews. I hope you get this taken care of, I really think there are great qualities of this hotel. This was literally the only issue.
Booked because of location to the airport and free transportation. The amenities were outstanding. Glad I chose this spot to stay!

The bathroom in room has nowhere to put stuff on at sink. Charging 14 dollars for a breakfast that is usually free at most hotels. Bar prices were also high. Had 2 drunks and 2 beers 70 dollars

The hotel was nice and the place was clean. I was treated bad when I tried to get breakfast that I paid for with my stay, the server refused to serve us while their system was down, it took him 15 minutes to finally let us eat woke he charged a ticket to my room. The front desk did not charge me the extra fee though
My fishing poles were stolen, I parked right in front of a hotel camera and they did nothing. They gave me the police department's number and it took them 2 days to call me back about a police report. I'll never get my gear back. The least y'all could do is pretend to care. They were father's day gifts
