It was okay.
Pros:

That I could have the AC fan on all night for noise and hot shower water.

Cons:

Everything was den-g and needs to be deep cleaned not just in the personal rooms but hallways etc.

Game day.
Pros:

Breakfast choices like a restaurant style included. Comfortable room and bed. Bar/ lounge with food/ drinks available for purchase. We could watch football in our own room so could relax more.

Cons:

Outside the pool area was not maintained well. Some old garbage and overgrown grass etc. I wanted to lounge in the sun and was disappointed.

very friendly in the front area. poor service with the bartender staff one of the ladies was not friendly at all and I was ignored twice when requested refill for a drink. it was just me and two other people for her to take time. everything else was fine.

Staff were friendly and professional. Comfortable room. Easy access to places we needed to be at.
Pros:

Would like to acknowledge Joann the front desk clerk, friendly and professional, who was very helpful in obtaining another room quickly for us due to the AC not working in our first room. Hector, with Maintenance, also friendly and professional, was very helpful in checking AC not working in first room given to us and assisting us with moving to another room. Santos, waiter, where we had breakfast, also friendly and professional, in servicing my daughter and I in an efficient way, being the only one working the whole area. Would stay again.

excelente todo el personal
Pros:

todo fue muy placentero tanto la atencion y comodidad de la habitacion
tubimos un incidente en la playa y me apoyarn con un botiquin de auxilio
a pesar que no hablamos ingles en el hotel nos apoyaron personal que hablan español

super bien la atencion para todos los empleados del hotel tanto personal de resepcion como de limpiesa

VERY GOOD CLEANING, BREAKFAST, COMFORT... BUT WHEN I ENTERED THE HOTEL, IT LOOKED LIKE A VERY LARGE WAREHOUSE, WITHOUT DECORATIONS, PLANTS, PAINTINGS... NOR IN THE HALLS AND OUTSIDE THE ELEVATORS... THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WHY I WOULD NOT RETURN, THE HOTEL LOOKS SAD.
