Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, everyone is friendly and helpful, the room is well decorated with a comfortable bed, the bar on site is nice, and it's close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Pros:

Rob was our valet and he release amazing. The bartenders at iron rose were also really nice.

Cons:

The hotel room had some kind of funky smell in the room only.
Asked for a rollaway bed and that wasn’t at option. Also no extra beddings in the closet. Sometimes when you travel with family you need those options.

Beautiful hotel, great location, would absolutely stay here again
Pros:

Location is pristine- extremely close to everything you could need or want. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

When you turned on the heat in the room it made an awful buzzing noise that was annoying when trying to sleep

Short stay while we took care of some travel arrangements in Charleston.
Pros:

The entire staff was polite and helpful from arrival to departure. The facilties were clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed two meals in the Iron Rose which were both excellent. We lacked for nothing during our stay. We truly enjoyed our staff and hope to stay again in the future.

Post Christmas get away
Pros:

Great hotel and location. Was there with my 14-year-old daughters, post Christmas shopping and hanging out. Excellent service by all of the staff, including front desk, Barr, Café. Will certainly stay there again and recommend to friends/family. Room was very comfortable with great beds, quiet.

Good, but not as good as we remember
Pros:

Bar area used to be a cozy relaxing place to unwind. Now it’s just part of the restaurant.

Pool area bar closed.

Staff is still friendly and accommodating.
