Absolut nicht empfehlenswert – enttäuschender Aufenthalt

Dieses Hotel ist leider in keinem Bereich zu empfehlen. Es gab nicht einmal warmes Wasser zum Duschen, was inakzeptabel ist. Der Spa-Bereich war eiskalt und ebenfalls ohne warmes Wasser – dadurch komplett unbrauchbar. Das Personal war unfreundlich und wirkte überfordert, auf Beschwerden wurde kaum reagiert.

Das Frühstück war von sehr schlechter Qualität – nichts war frisch, und die Auswahl ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Zudem ist das gesamte Hotel in einem unsauberen Zustand, was für ein noch schlechteres Gesamtbild sorgt.

Ein weiterer schwerwiegender Mangel: Ein Stuhl im Restaurant war defekt, wodurch wir uns beim Hinsetzen die Hand eingeklemmt haben. Auch darauf wurde vom Personal nicht angemessen reagiert.

Fazit: Dieses Hotel ist in seinem aktuellen Zustand nicht tragbar. Es mangelt an Hygiene, Service, Ausstattung und Sicherheit. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier ausdrücklich nicht empfehlen.

Unfortunately, the hotel lacks general cleanliness. The hotel is old and dilapidated. The rooms are very old. The bathrooms are dilapidated. The towels used are intermittent and very worn. The breakfast is very modest and does not have many options. I am sorry to see this, but I hope to visit the hotel in the coming years when it is in a better condition than this.

Cons:

There is no lifeguard in the hotel's swimming pool or private beach. There is a lifeguard platform, but we didn't see one during our two-day stay at the hotel. This is really unfortunate. The staff are very cooperative and their manner is nice, but the hotel is dilapidated and needs a general review in all details.

Resepsiyonist çok ilgili çok güleryüzlü karşıladı, en güzel odayı verdi. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Oda temizdi ancak ortak alanlar, koridor, asansör, lobby, spa, havuz alanları temizlikten sınıfta kaldı. Havuz havlularının tümü, 2 günde 8 adet kullandık, yırtık, delik ve ömrünü doldurmuştu.
Kahvaltı oldukça başarılı, restoran temizdi. Genel olarak beğendik. Ama havuz,spa havluları kesinlikle yenilenmeli, ortak alan temizliğine çok daha fazla özen gösterilmeli.
