Would recommend to anybody.
Pros:

Great location, lovely room. Clean and ideal for us.

Cons:

Shower holder loose at bottom but good shower.

Disappointed
Pros:

Location was the best thing about this stay

Cons:

Window didn't open and was very very hot in room , the room was fairly small . Staff gave a fan that is low on the floor but with the heat in the room the fan did not help at all . Room was dusty and had what looks like curry stains on the bed sheets .

great location, very clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, great for that money and all necessary toiletries and also let's coffee tea and milk

only one thing is missing...small fridge will be great benefit to cool down any drinks during summer time😊

lovely rooms
Pros:

the room and the ensuite were very clean and tidy. beds were very comfy! staff were lovely and helpful letting us leave our bags before check in and showing us where to go to get in and up to our rooms.

Cons:

not really a didnt like, but we definitely needed more than one milk!

Pros:

It’s central and comfortable with all you need

Cons:

My only minor gripe would be stayed in room 3 and it was very hot but to have the window open there is an air con unit right outside that kicks in and out all night so can be disturbed sleep

Glad it was only one night.
Pros:

Central to shops.
It was clean.

Cons:

Tiny basic room, my teenage daughter almost fell out the bed ,they seemed very small infact my husband wouldn’t have fit in the beds at all as he’s over 6ft!
Room was baking hot when we arrived , no fan or aircon . Kept the blinds drawn with a small window open as the view was awful of piles of rubbish and bins from the back of shops.
The main thing was the cost for one night £202 .
The morning we left it was £42 a night ,Which is very fair for what you get but definitely well overpriced for our stay.

Really enjoyable and will definitely use the hotel again

Its location right in the center of the city and it has everything you need

Cons:

The only very slight criticism I would have is they could invest in some better towels but that’s a minor thing

Clean room and excellent value for money.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean. Good amount of tea and coffee. Comfy bed.

Lady who checked me in was very polite and welcoming.

Cons:

Room was very warm in the night. No curtains and just a blind which let the light in.

Not that it impacted my stay at all but for feedback. Toilet seat needs tightening and sink does not drain quickly.
