Disappointed
Pros:

Location is very central, close to a car park and walking distance from train station. Shower was good and had shower gel.

Cons:

There is no bedside table, dressing table or a chair. Towels and bed sheets had yellow stains.
Its was noisy outside nearly most of the night and windows are quite bad to stop the noise coming in. So we hardly slept.

Ideal location, clean rooms.
Pros:

Quick and easy check in, staff very friendly, ideal location, great price.

Cons:

The cash deposit refund could have been explained clearer during check in. I had to ring the reception the morning of check out to ask how to get my money back as there was no staff in the building to ask. It would not put me off staying here again though now I know the procedure.

Cons:

The room hadn't been hoovered. Yellow stains on the matress. Toilet seat didn't fit. Tiles in the shower needed a deep clean. Noisy neighbours on Thursday night from 2.15am until 6am. It was impossible to sleep.

Centralt men levde inte upp till standarden
Pros:

Det låg nära tågstationen på Lime-street, vilket passade oss. Också centralt med bara 20 min promenad till Alberts Docks

Cons:

Kallades dubbelrum men sängen var bara 120 cm. TVn fungerade inte, och var monterad så att dörren till badrummet slog i varje gång. Toapapperhållaren hade lossnat från väggen och tvålen var slut. Värden svarade inte på det mail vi skickade.

Good value in a great location.
Pros:

Location was excellent and good value too. We had problems with blockages in toilet but Gaby was excellent and sorted us out.

Cons:

There was no shower gel. Had we known we'd have brought some and towels were a bit shabby.
