Early Flight, good rest
Pros:

We were so tired, we just arrived to sleep, early flight next morning.

Close to the airport, but dont expect too much
Pros:

The location and the fact that it could accommodate our family of 3.

Cons:

The room was very dated and there were barely any outlets. We were there in mid-April and the room was insanely hot and our only option was to open the unscreened window, which really provided little relief. The hotel is also near a dog kennel so with the window open you hear dogs barking all night. The cost of the room should have matched the accommodations; it was not worth 250 euro.

Would never return until renovation of the hotel.

Very narrow double beds, old and uncomfortable mattresses. Old and bed maintain facilities in the bathroom. Brocken shower. Poor cleaning. Peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. The carpet in the hallways is covered with old stains. Breakfast is not worth its money. The restaurant is overwhelmed and stuffy. The cleaning service scatters personal belongings and doesn’t clean the floor.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich und lecker. Die Lage perfekt, nur ca 7 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof um mit dem Zug zur U Bahn Station zu gelangen und dann nach Rom hinein zu fahren.

We appreciated the proximity to the train station and the ease of getting into Rome proper.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. They were very helpful whenever I had questions or requests. The breakfasts were fantastic. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was adequate, but could use some updates. I didn’t care for the background music at all.
