La ubicación, al lado de la autovía, la tranquilidad, el poder aparcar enfrente del hotel, la gasolinera al lado con el combustible a buen precio. Relación calidad precio bien.

Que en el baño no hubiera bidé y una pequeña nevera.

No hay nada que me gustara del alojamiento

Cons:

Olía mal y la cama solo tenia las sábanas y una colcha muy fina de verano, que para las fechas en las que fuimos era insuficiente. No había personal en el hotel por lo que para gestionar alguna incidencia había que llamar por teléfono

Pros:

Limpieza, te cambian las toallas todos los días, no hace falta tanto. La ubicación a la hora de elegir ruta, autopistas cercanas., tranquilidad, la facilidad de hacer el checking a cualquier hora, si tienes alguna duda tocas en el portero eléctrico y te atienden sobre la marcha. Aparcamiento público con bastantes plazas ya que hay un supermercado al lado.

Cons:

Las almohadas muy altas. El gel de ducha, te ponen un sobrito monodosis al día, para los que nos duchamos dos veces al día nos resulta poco.

L’extérieur de l’hôtel Izelai est un peu vieillissant, néanmoins la chambre était correcte

Cons:

Chambre louée pour une étape, mais absence de personnel à l’accueil et impossible de joindre l’hôtel par téléphone ; heureusement, une personne nous est venue en aide.

nous étions juste de passage en avril, à Alsasua rien d'ouvert pour manger le soir
Pros:

une nuit au mois d'avril. on paie dehors devant l'hotel et la machine nous sort le passe pour rentrer. les chambres sont très bien avec grand lit. j'ai aimé son petit coin au rez-de-chaussé avec ses deux tables hautes et le distributeur de boissons chaudes ou froides. il y a un super marché à 100m. la route principale passe devant mais au mois d'avril c'est calme.
